My home bound daughter called for professional service for her cat who has acute, sudden onset gastritis. This vet left without administering subcutaneous fluids! Please tell me why?? With or without blood results fluids are of the utmost importance! The cat is vomiting after water intake and is off her food. Why would you leave her without administering something to soothe her stomach?? You have left my daughter feeling discouraged and unsupported. The vet is a sub par professional.

What a fantastic person Dr. Guerrero is ! What an incredible experience, both myself and my 6 year old Ragdoll Sealpoint, Ernest "Poppa" Hemingway. The convenience of a Mobile Vet is just the icing on the cake when it comes to Dr. Guerrero's professionalism, bed side manners and his knowledge. Such an easy guy to talk to and Dr. Guerrero takes the time to explain everything to you. I shopped around before calling Dr. Guerrero and I was astounded at the prices quoted at local walk in Veterinary Clinics, ridiculous sticker shock really. Dr. Guerrero quoted me $40 - $50 cheaper but still maintaining the professionalism of a DVM that we all want and deserve. Highly recommended and highly appreciated, valued and respected. Excellent Vet, takes the time to ask questions, access, and execute a great plan of care for the doggies. Cares equally and exceptionally about the pet as well as the pet owner. A wonderful practitioner.

Contacted them early in the day about my older make cat who was having an eye issue. I was given I time frame for the visit. They got delayed but kept me informed. They were very professional in handling my big guy who was already stressed about not feeling well. He was treated and I was given a full explanation about everything. I would recommend Dr Hefter.
