Dr. Stein and the team at Greenpoint Veterinary Care have been amazing over the past two years in managing my dog’s ongoing allergy issues, as well as her regular vet care. They always go above and beyond with practical, easy-to-follow advice and are incredibly responsive to all of my questions. We are closed on Sundays to allow our team to recharge and be fully prepared for the week ahead.

Dr. Jenna Charles actively ignored our requests for palliative care for our cat while aggressively pushing invasive and expensive testing. Our cat was clearly at the end of her life, and her kidneys were failing. Dr. Charles refused to give us at-home fluids and instead pushed us towards expensive specialists and emergency vets. We again requested palliative care options via phone and email. Our cat passed away, starved and dehydrated, 24hrs later. GVC still hadn't responded to our requests for palliative care.

We had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Stein. He really took the time to get to know my dog’s history and listen to my concerns. He was thorough with his recommendations and explained everything really well. I felt like he really cared. I highly recommend Dr. Stein and the team at GVC.

Dr Stein shows so much care for my cats and understanding and empathy for me as a pet parent. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always has a way to both validate me and calm me down when I’ve catastrophized something benign. I trust him completely with the two little things that mean the world to me. The front desk staff and other technicians are always so friendly and my visits are pleasant from start to finish. I recommend everyone with pets to GVC.

I’ve been gatekeeping Dr Stein because he’s by far he best vet I’ve ever been to. My dog was sick with cancer for a while, and Dr Stein gave me all info straight-forward and direct but also with empathy and caring. He is not about the bottom dollar, he truly cares for you and your animal. I recommend him and his practice to everyone with animals in the GP/Williamsburg area. My dog sadly passed and the process of putting him down was peaceful and full of support. I cannot thank him and the team enough❤️
