Long time customer with 3 large dogs and 5 cats and I finally have had enough. They always upcharge and I always have them remove extra charges prior to services being performed. This time around my husband took in 2 kittens and they told him bloodwork was necessary and required prior to spay surgery. They over charged, yet again, did not contact me prior to surgery with quote. I blindly trusted they would charge the same as what I paid for my other cat just a few months prior. They are deceiving and it is disappointing. STAY AWAY!

100% Recommended. From front desk and administration to the doctors, they are all professional, kind, respectful and take the best care of your pet for sure. My dog has been going there since he was born, and would not take him anywhere else. You guys are the best!

Hi, we are deaf. I brought my dog to your Pet Hospital, and I'm feeling concerned because I've been trying to call your service, but it keeps disconnecting and hanging up. I've attempted to call 10 times, and we're very frustrated. I would like to complain about the poor service at your call center. It's important for me to know how my dog is doing health-wise since they've been staying at your hospital for 4 days. We've been trying to reach out and inquire about my dog's well-being, but your service keeps disconnecting and hanging up, which is terrible. Your business seems to lack respect, and no one answers my calls. I would advise others not to go to your place because your service is terrible and disrespectful. Could you please address this issue?

Have been taking my Poodle here, great care overall and the Vet really cares about the well being of my pet. After having lackluster experiences at other vets in Miami, it is refreshing to have one that genuinely cares and is not part of a larger corporate organization.
