I switched over to this location because my friend goes here and loves it... I did go to binford and holy cow I'll never go back! You guys are absolutely incredible! You did for me in ONE appointment what binford did not in 4 or more so thank you! I can not say enough good things, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and my very timid pup felt at ease which he did not at the other location. You guys rock!

The particular location at Geist has the best team, doctors and assistants. I feel very comfortable there and my Pets are very well taken care of.

We have been looking for a new vet office after having nothing but negative experiences at our previous one. I didn't have a lot of faith in a "chain" clinic, but it was close to us and you offered a new client coupon. Our appointment was for two of our cats, my husband and I came together with them. We were pretty quickly put into a room away from the dog in the lobby. It took a little bit before someone came into the room, but it only went uphill from there. Elisha our nurse was so nice, informative, and just overall fantastic. I could talked to her about cats all day long if she let me. My husband and I almost immediately felt comfortable and more importantly so did my cats. Dr. Robinette also could not have been more amazing. He listened to our concerns without blowing any of them off and the cats were also calm/comfortable around him. We spoke without feeling rushed and he explained his concerns on what may be causing some of the concerns we had for our babies. All 4 of us came up with a plan and I really appreciated that they gave us options. He gave recommendations on medications and asked what was best for us on how to administer it and the prices. He told us the pros and cons, risks, etc of his recommendations for our cats and was never arrogant or pushy about any of the suggestions. We got done everything we wanted and so far it seems to be working! Overall we had such a a wonderful experience. I have absolutely no complaints. We have been looking and I think we found our new vet team. Fantastic staff and my cats were happy. Reasonable prices, great communication, I will return for sure for all of my cats future care!

I love the time and attention shown to me and my pet. Dr and nurse were extremely informative and gave me the good and not so good news. They let me know my options, cost and what to expect so that I was able to plan for treatment. I singed up for thier pet care plan that pays for itself before I even checked out. I came home and shared this information with my mother and sister who are going to call them tomorrow and make appointments for thier dogs. They have been paying 300.00 plus per visit ans min was a very dismal fraction of that and gives me peace of mind in case of emergencies. Thank you all for your care.
