I went to this clinic 1 week ago for a rabies vaccine, but I didn't wait because of the long line and asked the receptionist for an appointment for another day. They said they don't give appointments. A week later, I came to this clinic at 9 in the morning and was kept waiting for 3 hours. When I went in, there were only 6 pets and I thought I would wait at most 1 hour. Unfortunately, it took exactly 3 hours. When I was there, I wrote a comment saying that I was bored because of being kept waiting at the clinic, but they wrote me an instant comment. I wish you had come on time for the vaccination, but when I asked your staff when I first came, they didn't give me such information. Also, instead of wasting your time writing me an answer, I wish you had vaccinated us. Whatever the reason, you can't make someone who comes with their pet to get vaccinated wait there for 3 hours. This is nothing but torture for the pet. Plus, I had to open my workplace late because of you. In the end, the treatment I received from you was that you shouldn't have waited so long for a rabies vaccine. I think you should be more polite and solution-oriented to people who come for vaccination. No one can steal someone's 3 hours by making them wait. Another doctor should look at sick animals and another doctor should look at those who come for vaccinations. It shouldn't be this hard. It was my first and last visit. It was the worst experience of my life. And you are still trying to prove me right instead of apologizing. Yes, I am a business owner, but I don't talk down to my customers like you do. I am doing my job.

We are very pleased that Dr. Garza and his staff were so sympathetic and provided excellent care to our sweet Loba when it was time to have her euthanized. She was suffering with bone cancer according to the X-rays and I felt at peace when it was done. Thank you! Highly recommend this clinic.

My dog waited 2 hours to get rabies vaccination. They work without appointment. At least a separate department can be created for vaccination. There should be a penalty for waiting this long. update: When I came 1 week ago, I waited for 1 hour and asked your reception staff. They knew I came for the vaccine. They did not direct me. You should have informed me then. I came again today. I wish you had taken the time you spent to reply to me and not kept me waiting for the vaccine. It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. Also, I couldn't open my workplace right now because of waiting for you.

Edit to add in response to the clinic: Our dog just started having diarrhea an hour before we took him to Garza. He was eating and drinking fine, then he started to have diarrhea and within the same hour started being more tired than his usual self. Your reply stated "severity due to the prolonged amount of time your pet had the illness" which in terms is a few days, this was NOT the case. He was strong, and would've survived easily as we caught it early: But Garza used fear to euthanize him. Luckily, we learned from this; and I've had the honor to help others with parvo cases (including young puppies) and educate them, not drive them with fear and to say euthanasia is the #1 option. A few years back, maybe around 2020, we brought our sick puppy in. He had parvo, and he was 5 months old. The doctor gave us 3 options: to have him stay at the clinic for treatment, to take home medication and do it ourself, or to euthanize him. He repeatedly told us that he would suffer and euthanasia was the best option, and when we asked about the medication to try to save him he kept telling us that it's a low chance of survival, that he would suffer, and kept listing reasons to euthanize as "humane". Years later, we are now better educated and now know that dogs with parvo at that age and above actually have a high chance of simply recovering with anti-nausea medication, lots of fluids, syringe feeding and recover. I found this out after a rescue had a parvo case and I volunteered to take the dog to a different vet clinic, and the dog recovered swiftly within a few days. We always regretted coming to this clinic, as they pushed so much for euthanasia.
