I over all had a pretty good experience. The only thing I would change would be the amount of front desk staff you have during the night (especially a Saturday). Diane, the front desk liaison was simply stellar. She had so many tasks to do by herself including helping a family going through euthanasia but still stayed professional and helpful. Doctor Harness was also so helpful and such a delight! Very informative and helped me understand what was happening with my dog. Although we were visiting under stressful circumstances, I felt at more ease given all the professionalism and help. Communication about waits times, test costs, and staff. (Puppies included to show our girl feeling better with her sister)

We were seen almost immediately and quickly transferred to the cardiac team for the best level of care. My boy was not in good shape and everyone was so helpful and sweet. All medical concerns were explained and described to me perfectly and I was able to call back the next day for advice and we were immediately seen again without any wait. Just 100% friendly, competetant care across every category. Dr Cusack and the entire cardiac team are amazing. And Dr Palmer for knowing it was cardiac right away and immediately transferring us to the experts. The level of compassion we were treated with was incredible.

Garden State Veterinary was recommended by our Vet due to the trust and reliability that she encounter with them. Great place to take care of your pets when in need. Very professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is super clean and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive. My dog saw Dr. Edelmann couple of times and she and her staff are fantastic. She took care of his issues very smoothly with quick recovery and he couldn’t be happier. Thanks to all the staff for care and what you do.

Every member of the staff— from the front desk, client services, vet techs, billing department, and of course the doctors—was organized, warm, helpful, and kind. I very much appreciated the consistent communication during my pet's emergency. Dr Palmer, Dr Meeking, & Dr Harness saved my dog's life. Also shout out to Dr Walsh from the Staten Island office—she knew that my dog needed care that only the Eatontown facility could provide. She got him stable enough for us to transfer him. She was awesome—kind, caring, and gave us the right advice. Communication from the team of doctors was excellent —it made all of the difference for me and built a huge amount of trust and faith that my dog was getting the best possible treatment.

No long wait for the appointment. Wonderful care provided by the oncology team. Dr. Hudak made it easier for me to do decision-making & she showed understanding when I said No for certain treatment option (2nd surgery). I always felt we are team to seek for the best interest of our Charlie’s lives. She also offered to research when I asked few questions she was not familiar with as well.
