Love DR.T ! He’s very knowledgable , friendly , and down to earth . Always appreciate his care . On another note , i feel the need to finally say something . The receptionists are for the most part, friendly and efficient . Melissa is great . Any time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiffany , she is most unfriendly and rude . She actually greets you with a blank stare to the point of complete uncomfortableness . Very unsettling to deal with this behavior at the Vets office . If it wasn’t for Dr.T being so good , i would take my business elsewhere .

I have been going to Franklin Vet for over a decade. They were outstanding with my first dog from puppy to senior. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I couldn't have dealt with the passing and after death care of my first dog without their love and support. I have continued to take my current dog to Franklin Vet and that same standard of care has not changed. I highly recommend Franklin Vet Clinic to anyone. I no longer live in the area and but still choose to got to Franklin Vet. 10/10

First visit with our 9 week old maltipoo. Our sweet pup was very sick and they squeezed us in that day. This mama bear was very happy about that! The entire staff was wonderful! So caring and sweet. It was only our first visit but I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much for the wonderful care that Cody received! You guys and gals are AWESOME!

Overall I would give 4 starts but based off our visit today I am tempted to only give one. First, the vet tech seemed as if it was her first day. She asked us “do they need to be weighed?” Every visit we’ve had their weight taken, our cat was also instructed to lose a couple lbs so yes I would assume their weight needed to be taken. We expressed our concerns about our pets and the tech did not relay anything to the vet. Then the vet came in and she seemed to be unaware of the allergic reaction our dog had to a past vaccine. She did give her the antihistamine shot but then told us she “does not read all the files” so she was unaware of how severe our dogs allergic reaction was last time. Our dog also had ear swabs done and she came back with a medication that treats both yeast & bacterial ear infections, when asked which type of ear infection our dog has she responded with “I don’t know the swab was awful but this will treat both types of infection”. We requested our preferred vet for all future visits because we do really love her. We were just caught off guard by the attitude of the tech that helped us & the vet herself. We were told she is a travel vet and many patients don’t like seeing her. Just a warning if your new, don’t make appts with the travel vet. The receptionist was very helpful and kind as always(:
