Very kind staff, all handled our emergency with care. I felt at ease being here and considering it’s a 24 hour emergency vet, the price wasn’t nearly as high as I was fearful it would be. My shiba isn’t the easiest guy to handle and besides one scream, he actually did really well with them. They gave me good options and I feel confident leaving here.

Since we live in Iowa, and are not familiar with Veterinary centers in Estero, I chose FVRC on a Sunday night, as we thought our lab swallowed a part of a Woof Kong. We went in, and although no one greeted us for over 10 minutes, when the staff did, they were very pleasant and accommodating. They took us back in a room, where we waited over 1/2 hour before Vet came in. It was Dr Mosley and he was very nice. They took our dog, Herky back for x-rays and we were informed that we would need to pay upfront for exam, x-rays and emergency Radiologist reviews. 1/2 of the $859.00 bill was for the Radiologist to review, which I thought was excessive. Not sure why a DVM cannot review X-rays first and if questionable, than have radiologist review? But when you’re in an emergency situation, you don’t question how much? For this reason, that is why I’m only giving them 3 stars. Thankfully, they didn’t see the foreign object in his stomach, but we were encouraged to bring him back in morning on an empty stomach. Luckily, we found the other half of the woof buried between the couch cushions, so we didn’t have to incur further charges.

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr.Booth & her lovely tech Lydia. I lost my sweet boy to old age but they made every single effort they could to not just help him but make him as comfortable as possible. The grace & kindness the staff showed me & my brown bear….you just simply can’t put a price on it. Thank you guys for helping my little man through his last days with us.

Came here in critical need for care for our little fur-baby boy. He was treated immediately, compassionately, and with an open heart from all the staff. Our baby, Kenji, was given honest and kind care. Thank you for being so feeling, and so accommodating. We appreciate all you do, going above and beyond in your service.

The staff was very nice and the vet assistant didn’t waste any time taking my dog Amber back for care and putting her in an oxygen container. I was very upset and worried for my dog. They were caring to me as well. I thought she had come in contact with a cane toad..which ended up not the problem thankfully. Dr A was extremely competent. I trusted my dog was in good hands. I thank them all for their excellent care of my dog and me!! I brought her home later that day!
