My baby kitten Freya and I had the most compassionate and expertise forward experience at Fetch. Freya was only 4 months old when she was diagnosed with an eye condition and Dr. Sparkles took wonderful care of her. The team started with the least invasive procedure but we realized a few months later that Freya will need a more invasive micro-surgery which was quickly scheduled. She is now healed and as spunky as ever. The entire time the team checked in with us frequently and were responsive to questions via email or phone call. I felt very comfortable knowing that Freya would be cared for. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. A lover of great food, I appreciate Moreno bakery next door - it was helpful to be able to grab breakfast and a cafe con leche while waiting for Freya.

On the hardest day of my life, Dr. Thatcher was there to help ease my 15-year-old boy over to the other side. After a very long night I knew what I had to do and of course it was a Saturday and we are seeing right away and made the most painful decision of my life. But everybody that works there treated me with such compassion that it will never be forgotten

Fetch is a truly compassionate place I've been here 2 times with Lila most recent was a snake bite on her snout within mins she couldn't walk! As soon as I pulled up they came running out with stretcher and back on her feet within a few hours! They saved my baby girls life while checking on me in the process couldn't ask for better service! (They also explained the venom would go to the neck it's normal just to take it easy )

Fetch was amazing for our girl Sadie! They kept us updated the entire time and saved her life! After rescuing her at 8-weeks old she had Parvo, and we had to take immediate action to find a reliable vet! I’m so thankful for the team at Fetch!🩷Sadie is now 7 months old and doing AMAZING!

It’s always a tragedy when you have to take your loved one to an emergency room, and the staff is inherently fighting an uphill battle to leave a good impression because of the nature of the business. Our local clinic was unable to diagnose our kitten after weeks of appointments and a high cost to us, and we were eventually referred to Fetch. Fetch was immediately able to diagnose our kitten with a condition that was unfortunately untreatable, and we had to make the decision to put him to sleep. Fetch treated the situation with absolute professionalism and compassion from the moment we knew what the problem was until we received a handwritten sympathy card in the mail a week later. I trust Fetch completely that they will give the best care for your pet. They have the best trained veterinarians in the area that were quickly able to diagnose a condition that multiple visits, imaging, procedures, and call with our local Banfield could not.
