This place, these people, and Dr. Jaffe are incredibly generous, skilled, and hardworking. I would suggest them to anyone who would like the best helping their fur baby. My experiences here have been nothing short of amazing.

I visited with my chihuahua yesterday for his annual check up. The staff is friendly, they took us on time and Dr.Jaffe is very professional and shows compassion towards my anxious dog.

Dr. Jaffe and her staff’s follow up is better then most human doctors. They are warm, caring and compassionate. Prices are reasonable. I was going through a difficult time in my life and they worked with me to make sure my fur babies were taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I’m very grateful.

Six months ago, on a coworkers recommendation, I called Dr Jaffe's office to get my dog in. I was told that they weren't accepting any new patients at that time because of the number of "lingering snowbirds", but to try again in a few months and they might be able to see my dog then. Following their instructions, I called a few days ago to try to make an appointment with Dr Jaffe and the only thing the receptionist could say to me repeatedly was "we're not taking new patients". No matter how I tried to explain to her about how I had been trying to get my sick dog into Dr Jaffe, she would abruptly cut me off and repeat "we're not accepting any new patients". I was literally on the phone with her for less than a minute when she finally just hung up the phone in my face. Her actions were incredibly rude and very unprofessional. Evidently this receptionist's patience and courtesy had run out after having to tell perspective clients over and over again that they aren't taking any new clients, which if you read these reviews evidently they have been accepting patients outside the Hobe Sound area and even out of town patients in recent months. This is the first time in the 50 years I've had dogs that I had a vet turn me away. While I was disappointed that Dr Jaffe couldn't see my sick dog, I can accept it. What I can't accept is being treated rudely and having the phone hung up in my face when I am simply trying patronize your practice. Glad your practice is doing that well, but don't look for me to help sustain your practice with that kind treatment from your staff. I will look elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

We were visiting the state park from out of town when our dog became sick. They got us in right away. Dr. Jaffe and staff were excellent in the care of my precious baby. They followed up with us daily until we were home to our regular vet. I can’t thank you enough! Highly recommend this wonderful vet! Thank you!
