I absolutely love bringing our pet here! We had our dog boarded whenever we left the country for a week and she had a great time! We also got progress reports on her and we're aware of how she was doing as well with her stay. Great and friendly staff, clean environment, and not costing an arm and is a MASSIVE plus in this economy! If you're looking for a reliable vet, this is the place for you! They love our 10 year old as much as we do here.

The staff at this vet are truly the best. My 15 year old dog Stella is very fearful and can be a handful to manage, but the staff here are always so patient and willing to work with her. They always give me an in-depth breakdown of what's going on, their recommendations, and the plan going forward. I feel very confident and comfortable having my dog in their care. They answer all of my questions and give their true honest opinion on what they think is best, even if it means they charge me less/have less services completed. I have only had Dr.Cope but am confident that the rest of the staff are equally as great. Their patience, knowledge, and handling of difficult situations/patients gives me peace of mind. All the vet techs and Dr Cope were fantastic! Expedient care, thorough with explanation of care during visit and what to expect after visit. The appointment was to establish care for both of my dogs, as well as get them current for vaccinations and heart/flea/tick prevention medications. Love love love the option for heartworm shot-good for one year! They even trimmed their nails! Highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

I have been going to family vet care for years with my cats and my dogs. Dr Metcalfe is the best veterinarian. I trust him completely with my animals. He takes time with you to explain everything. He does not seem like he’s rushed whatsoever. "The whole staff and the clinic is very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Metcalfe and the family vet care of Phoenix.
