Fair Oaks Ranch Veterinary was the only vet that was able to help us when Pebble broke his leg. It was a very stressful time but they made it easy and worked with us every step of the way. We went to multiple veterinarians to get quotes or options for Pebble but Fair Oaks Vet was the most knowledgeable and experienced. It was pricey but we expected that when got an Italian Greyhound. Overall, I recommend for any major surgery or procedure.

Have been bringing our pups here since 2018. The front desk is always AWESOME! Thank you Heather and Haley. The Drs. Jaci and Kelsey are phenomenal in their care and support of our pets. Everyone takes their time and listens to what you have to say. We highly recommend the Drs. and staff at Fair Oaks Ranch Vet.

The vets here specially Dr. Tessa, do not know how to communicate or work with clients to reach mutual shared goals for the health of her patients. Instead she is reactive and refuses to listen to anything that strays away from what she believes the problem is. As a healthcare professional its embarrassing to talk to someone who says their concern is about the patient but really only cares about being right. She straight up told me that she did not believe my dog was going to get better with the treatment option I preferred (which thankfully she has) and continued to discharge us because I did not agree with her, after she emphasized that she was concerned about my dog. Actions show she has no real concern. Her continuation of care is now jeopardized because they conveyed her labs incorrectly and now refuse to follow up on her care. So much for caring. Imagine I did that to my patients walking in to clinic simply bc they don’t agree with me?
