LOVE the staff and the Doctor at this location! I was visiting the area, I went shopping and in the parking lot a woman was giving away puppies, I called the vets office hoping to get in right away to make sure she was healthy. (She only weighed 1.6 pounds) Three locations couldn’t get me in for a week, Lambert got me in right away and get this…….the 1st visit was free, I of course had to pay for the 1st set of puppy shots which I happily did but they did not charge for the office visit! Great location, friendly, animal loving people! Highly recommend this location!

Based on the reviews from our clients, experiences at Eternity Animal Healthcare can vary. One pet owner had a highly positive experience, particularly with the staff and the doctor. They shared, "LOVE the staff and the Doctor at this location! Highly recommend this location!" This review praises the friendly and animal-loving nature of the staff and doctor, the promptness in accommodating an urgent need for a new puppy, and a notable promotional aspect of a free first office visit.

However, another pet owner shared a deeply emotional and negative experience specifically regarding the veterinarian during the difficult process of euthanizing their dog. They stated, "5 stars for the techs, zero for the vet. We came to put our dog down so it was very hard. Tech brought us back, vet didn't say a word to us and was very rough with our pet. She had been very calm until then. He left without saying a word and a tech, who was wonderful came in and took care of our dog. If I would have known, I would have drove her 7 hours to the vet and the techs that have loved her since she was a puppy. Even writing this post is so painful. I feel like we let her down in her last few minutes. I hope she remembers the good 12 years." This review highlights a significant discrepancy in the perceived compassion and bedside manner between the veterinary technicians (who were rated highly) and the veterinarian in a sensitive situation.

The first positive review describes the location as "great" and mentions "friendly, animal loving people," which suggests a welcoming atmosphere. As a Pet Hospital, we aim to maintain a clean and functional space for examinations, treatments, and other veterinary services. The emphasis on friendly and animal-loving staff in one review indicates a focus on creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners within our facility.

Dr. Lambert has been my Vet for a long time and has always been the best with my furr-babies! I would highly recommend. The staff is nice & helpful too. JJ JACKSON

Since the owners have changed it has not been the same. I went up there to get my cats fixed back in October. We made the appointment to fix them in early November. I got a call the day before that they could not go through with my appointment because they didn’t have enough anesthesia in stock but they would call to reschedule after they got more in. It’s February and i’ve haven’t heard anything since. Horrible customer service. Also I saw the staff treating one of their receptionists like a dog. Treating her like she was dumb and talking bad about her behind her back. Totally unprofessional and uninviting. I had heard good things about this vet ever since I was a kid but It’s priorities have obviously changed since.

This was our first visit here with a new puppy. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor and staff in the treatment room were wonderful. The doctor took the time to explain what I asked about. I was very pleased with our visit here.
