Dr Jo has taken care of my cat Dory, since I got her 13 years ago. She is kind, cares about my cat, as well as treats me, kindly! Her prices are very reasonable, and she's straightforward on what is wrong with my cat, never tried to tell me that it was something that needed to be done, that did not need to be done!

My cat was straining to urinate and all that would come out is blood. This was at 3 am. I called an emergency vet in Kankakee and they had me come in at 9:30 AM. They did a urinalysis and wanted me to get a follow-up in 2 weeks with my vet. Which has been Dr. Joe for 4 years. I called to set up that appointment and Dr.Joe WIll NOT see my cats because I took them to another vet. She said "just take him back to Kankakee." I am so mad right now. The most disrespectful vet I have ever met. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Wonderful vet, has taken care of my animals for along time,She works hard and has a very caring attitude,I show up for all my appointments and pay my bills,I guess if your born in the hood generation you don’t pay bills and don’t have degrees so you skip appointments and are rude to higher educated
