I was told by Dr Frank after questioning some things i was charged for on invoices for services and questioning two medications they gave my little dog that i researched and found were harnful to her that if i came to their clinic again i would be charged with trespassing.I left messages for the vet who treated my dog,the owner Dr Brian Frank, and his office manager asking for answers and not one of them returned my calls.Ive found out since then that their fees are at least twice that of several other vets.Theyre awfully proud of their services for such an incompetent bumch of so called professionals.I wouldnt take any pet i have to them if you paid me a million dollars. If im going to bring my dog to you you better damn well love her as much as i do .It was all about the money with them.

Welcome to Dr. Brian Frank
Welcome to the veterinary practice of Dr. Brian Frank, located at 1631 S Madison St, Webb City, MO 64870, USA, serving the Webb City, Missouri community and surrounding areas. Operating as a pet hospital, Dr. Brian Frank's clinic aims to provide veterinary care for your animal companions. Based on recent customer feedback, experiences appear to be varied, with one reviewer expressing significant concerns regarding billing practices, medication administered, and communication, while another reviewer reported a positive experience with the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Frank and his staff.
Dr. Brian Frank's practice functions as a pet hospital offering veterinary services to the local community. The limited information available makes it challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment and the full spectrum of services offered. However, as a pet hospital, it can be generally expected to provide a range of veterinary care for common household pets such as dogs and cats. These services typically include wellness examinations, vaccinations, treatment for illnesses and injuries, and potentially surgical and dental procedures.
One customer review described Dr. Frank and his staff as "very professional and friendly." This positive feedback suggests that some clients have experienced a welcoming and competent environment at the clinic. Professionalism in a veterinary setting implies a high standard of conduct, expertise, and care, while a friendly demeanor can contribute to a more comfortable and reassuring experience for both pets and their owners.
However, another customer shared a significantly contrasting experience. This reviewer raised concerns about charges on invoices, questioned two medications administered to their dog (based on their own research indicating potential harm), and reported a lack of returned calls from Dr. Frank, the office manager, and the veterinarian who treated their dog when seeking clarification. This individual also alleged that the clinic's fees were considerably higher than those of other local veterinarians. Following these concerns, the reviewer stated they were told they would be charged with trespassing if they returned to the clinic. This feedback raises serious questions about billing transparency, medication safety protocols, communication practices, and the overall client relationship management at Dr. Brian Frank's practice.
Given the starkly different experiences reported, it is difficult to objectively describe the typical environment of Dr. Brian Frank's pet hospital. While one review suggests a professional and friendly atmosphere, the other paints a picture of potential conflict and unresolved communication. Without further information or a broader range of reviews, it is not possible to ascertain which experience is more representative of the clinic's general environment.
Similarly, the specific services offered by Dr. Brian Frank's pet hospital cannot be definitively listed based on the limited and conflicting information provided. While the positive review implies standard professional veterinary services, the negative review raises concerns about the appropriateness of prescribed medications and the transparency of billing for those services. It is reasonable to assume that the clinic offers basic veterinary care such as examinations, vaccinations, and treatment for common ailments, but the specifics and the quality of these services are brought into question by the negative feedback.
Features of Dr. Brian Frank's pet hospital that can be inferred from the reviews are the reported professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Frank and his staff by one client. However, a significant counterpoint is the alleged lack of communication, questionable medication practices, and perceived high fees reported by another client. The stark contrast in these experiences makes it challenging to identify reliable and consistent features of the practice.
Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. Veterinary clinics sometimes offer introductory discounts for new clients, seasonal promotions on specific services, or wellness packages that bundle essential preventative care at a reduced cost. However, without any such details, it is not possible to include any promotional aspects in this introduction. Local pet owners are encouraged to contact Dr. Brian Frank's office directly at (417) 673-2455 to inquire about their services, fees, and policies.
In conclusion, the information available regarding Dr. Brian Frank's pet hospital in Webb City, MO, presents a mixed picture. One client found Dr. Frank and his staff to be professional and friendly. However, another client reported serious concerns regarding billing, potentially harmful medications, a lack of communication, and perceived high fees, ultimately leading to a negative interaction with the clinic. Due to these conflicting accounts and the serious nature of the allegations in the negative review, prospective clients are advised to exercise caution and consider seeking further information or alternative veterinary options. It is recommended to contact the clinic directly to discuss their services, fees, and patient care policies in detail before entrusting them with the care of your pet.
