Diaz' Heart Animal Hospital

This animal hospital is terrible. The vet's incompetence killed my two puppies. He vaccinated them for parvo without telling us about the incubation period, even though their father had just had it. They got sick and died days later. Other vets confirmed he shouldn't have vaccinated them so soon. Don't bring your animals here!

The doctor knew what was wrong with my pet right away! They were super helpful, and the prices are affordable. The wait was a bit long, but worth it. Finally, a vet clinic that cares about animals, not just money! Highly recommend! (One month later: My pup is doing great!)

Even though it's hard to go back after losing my other dog there, I still bring my current dog here. The team is amazing, especially Rocio! The doctor is a fantastic vet. Highly recommended!

My dog's experience here was awful. The front desk staff is disorganized and can never find our information. The flea treatment they sold me for $75 (which costs $30 on Amazon) didn't work at all! My dog was still covered in fleas. When I called to complain, the vet was incredibly rude and blamed us. Don't take your pet here!

Diaz Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for my dog Apollo since he was a puppy. Their love for animals is obvious. They are experts and are very compassionate, from regular checkups to emergencies. Five stars!

I was told Dr. Diaz was coming to the office at 10:30 am There were five people ahead of me and I was told the people with appointments have not arrived yet. Bottom line I would have to wait at least two more hours. I left to seek another vet in Hialeah. Mueller Animal was my choice. I only waited half an hour TG. Don't plan to go back to Diaz Animal Hospital never again 😡

This animal hospital saved my dog’s life!! We had seen a neurologist that concluded that she had herniated disc (IVDD). They gave her meds and send me on my way and on my way home she started panting even worse with her tongue turning purple. I rapidly looked for an animal hospital nearby, called and they told me to bring her right in! Once arrived they quickly took her to the back and explained everything thoroughly on what was happening with her. I was able to leave with my dog not panting and DR followed through to say on next steps to get her conditions in a better state. If it wasn’t for him and his team I’m not sure if my dog would still be here. Thank you!

Dr Diaz has treated both of my dogs several times. He saved my Gingi a few months ago she was not well and help my Yino many times because he likes to eat what he’s not suppose to eat. I can’t thank him and his amazing team enough. Gingi and Yino are my 4 legs babies and I’m happy to know I can trust Dr Diaz and his team. Thank you
