Dr. Schwartz and the Staff at D4A are great! On our 1st appointment she spent two hours examining Lady and talking with us. She developed a detailed treatment plan and explained it to us in detail. A week later, her Staff checked in to see how Lady is doing. Great hopes that Lady is on the road to recovery. Highly recommend.

I would rate it zero stars if possible. I called and made a follow up appointment over the phone but when I showed up for it, it was never made on their end and I was forced to reschedule. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, I had to wait over 30min in the lobby for my pet to be seen while others came and left. Once my pet was finally seen, they told me the same nonsense as my first appointment (basically nothing). Waste of time and money all on my poor pets’ suffering. Do not waste your time. If you love your pets take them elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a dermatologist for your pets but have your doubts, fear no more! Dr. Schwartz is by far one of the best veterinarians I have met. Kind, thorough, and my dog LOVES her. After switching dermatologists because I felt the other one didn’t address my concerns fully and I never even met him, they just took my dog to the back and I only spoke to the tech. Here, they did the exam in front of me and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel crazy. Snoopy and I are excited for his follow up in a couple of weeks! No more flair ups since!

I just wanted to share that I had one of the most profound experiences with the vet tech Tonia that I’ve ever had anywhere. She was so sweet, compassionate and honest. We had a whole discussion on all the issues that my dog was going through and she was upfront about the cost and all the possibilities and outcomes and I truly love that it showed that this place isn’t compared concerned with just making money. They really care about the patient’s needs and what’s the best for them and their pet! Thank you Tonia for such a wonderful experience! You u embody compassion and genuine kindess for pets and their owners!

My little chihuahua started having issues with her ears as a result of vasculitis. We got a referral for D4A from our vet. Between the visit and medication first visit was ~$800. Second visit was ~$400. 2 months later, my pups ears are way better, almost fully healed. She had been suffering for about a year with itchy, scabby, bl00dy, ears. To me the ~$1200 was ABSOLUTELY worth it to see a specialist who could actually help at least alleviate her condition, let alone, seemingly reverse it. The staff has always extremely friendly and obviously knowledgeable. The dr we have been seeing took the time out of her day to truly explain my dog’s condition to me, as well as help me understand the regimen we put her on. This is an ongoing process as I have come to understand and we have future appointments already set to monitor her progress.
