I would really give them a 5 star review but I am giving them a 4. Here is why: Their boarding facilities are great, indoors and outdoors. Staff are very helpful and you can tell all of them love animals and care dearly for their guests. I boarded my large 11 month old dog for 12 days and they took good care of her. The camera viewing access is good and gives some relief knowing your dog is ok. I paid the extra spa service so my dog can be taken outside twice a day for 20 min. The suite my dog was in had a doggy door so the they can go out but it is manually opened and most of the time I saw it in camera it was closed. The reason I am giving them 4 star is because they don’t take the dogs outside as much or as they should, specially considering large and sporting breeds that need daily exercise. The additional paid fee for “spa” is not really followed and that is a shame since they have the staff and the great facilities to do so. You know what Cesar says: “ a tired dog is a happy dog”.

Great experience with Dr Kuchar and all the staff at Country Inn Animal Hospital. They are very kind and helped get my dog the right tests and medications he needed. Also incredibly clean and beautiful animal hospital and pet boarding facility.

This Hotel has a mega infrastructure and a wonderful team. Everyone is very careful and attentive. I was able to follow my Pet's every moment while he was staying. Simply incredible! Gratitude

The staff is outstanding! From the reception to the handlers and medical team. Dr. Kucher is amazing. Props to the ownership for being so hands on. The best place for your pets for day care, medical or boarding

So this has become our dog's Florida veterinarian . She's experienced one of two issues when we're down there and we've been able to bring her in quickly and get her treated quickly. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I wish my home vet's office was as good in that way. We haven't yet had occasion to board her there but probably will sooner or later. We went on the tour and certainly the place seems nice and well run. If we do board her, I will update this review with my opinion then
