The facility was pristine, had a cute little coffee bar, and the staff was AMAZING!!!!!! Patient, understanding, explained everything... But not overly where you feel stupid. One HUGE thing was our puppy was 1 day early for her second shots and instead of being like "it's just one day, should be ok." Instead they wanted to be safe and make sure our furrbaby didn't have any reactions, so go back next week for her shots and they did NOT use this to their advantage to overcharge us, like some businesses would do. I am so grateful to have my sister-in-law as my family's veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my pets receive the best care possible. Her bedside manners with both of my animals, and other animal owners is outstanding. I have complete trust in her abilities, and have recommended her to all of my friends and family. Five stars is not enough to rate her level of excellence.

Every single employee that spoke to me was so sweet. The vet seemed to genuinely care and they treated my sweet Aziza with so much love. When we left for her appointment she was so down and hadn’t been feeling well. She seemed so sad. From the moment they brought her out she had drastically improved. She got home and immediately began exploring and playing again. Thank you Cope Creek💗

Our baby hurt his leg and was limping for two days. Being new here from Fla and not knowing anyone to ask for an emergency vet I called several and finally was blessed to have Jenna answer and say he could be dropped off for an exam. Dr. Aiken examined him and found no serious issues and called me immediately to let me know he was ok. He has a terrible fear of the vet and the entire staff made him feel so calm I didn’t think he wanted to leave! Thank you all for the wonderful care for Bandit!
