I Called Dr. Studduth in shear panic when I found my elderly mare suffering from some sort of gastric issue. He took the time to listen, and was very patient with me (because I was a mess) and offered to fit us in immediately without an appointment. It was an absolute train wreck trying to get her trailered and when I failed he stayed after hours to wait on me so that I could get her some medication. I’m happy to report, she is perfectly fine and back to her normal sassy self. From this seriously stressed mother, and horse mama thank you for making such a chaotic day a little bit better. I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

Thankyou Dr. Hatch and staff for taking care of Earl today. I would recommend this facility for anyone. It was very clean and efficient. I drove 2 hours to get here but it's worth it in feeling confident in the visit.

Please note: this review is based solely on their customer service and communication. I have not used the DVMs here. This review is based off the only experience I've had with this clinic, and unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant one. We recently purchased a horse from a current client here. I called in to request records on the horse. The receptionist I spoke with was not nice to talk to, and sounded as if she had no interest in helping get what I needed. She had me call the previous owner to call in, which is all fine and well. Not a problem, I understand they have to have them released. Previous owner called in immediately released the records. I called back in to request the records again. She said okay he just called in, verified info with me, then said the horse has only had an exam, coggins, and blood work done here. I said okay, may have those records please? She said yeah sure, so I gave her my email. Now for the part that is truly unexpected from a professional veterinary clinic - the "records" she sent was a scan paper of some notes jotted down about a cold the horse may have had in October of 22. No where did it have on there the blood work, the exam notes, vaccinations, or coggins. Coming from the veterinary field, and managing several clinics - this is honestly unacceptable. I responded back and said, may I have the blood work results, and vaccinations records? They did respond back with "No vaccinations, I will send blood work". I doubt I get the blood work results but I will remain open minded to that. If I get them great, my experience remains unchanged. A customer should not have to go back for more information after requesting records on a horse. I should have received what was discussed over the phone. I was surprised to receive this type of service looking at their other reviews. Maybe this was just a fluke experience here but I felt they should be made aware of the unprofessionalism received. Just the phone and email communication alone was extremely unprofessional, and enough of me not use them moving forward. Not to mention the "records" I received. I gave two stars because at least they responded to my email, which is more than I expected after the phone conversation. A receptionist is the face of your clinic. Most importantly, the first impression over the phone, I would suggest you take more pride in your customer service to deliver the upmost exceptional service to all of your current clients and potential ones.

As in the past., The medical staff and office staff are caring. Professional and totally personal. They all know what it takes to help both the four legged and two legged patient. They put themselves into both the patients and patient's caretakers shoes during regency and routine care. This I experienced again when I had to have a. ,2 1/2 month old filly foal put down due to a "could not be corrected" broken leg.
