Concord Chapel Animal Hospital

We’ve been going to Concord for the past 2 years now. Staff is so kind, professional, compassionate. We’re always greeted with smiles. :) They are very accommodating for my pups. My pack definitely doesn’t give them the easiest time but we are still greeted with love, respect and lots of treatos! 10/10 the mutts and i recommend! :)

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lauron and Dr. Kerr went the extra mile to thoroughly assess my dog’s unusual condition. The team’s attention to detail and gentle handling of my pet truly put me at ease. Not only was the service exceptional, but the clinic itself was clean and well-organized, which speaks volumes about their dedication to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all their patients. Thank you for making a potentially stressful visit such a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch veterinary clinic. We are so lucky to have found you!

We were taking our babies to the rascal unit, which was a great option for low cost wellness however, their scheduling can be challenging and you have to get there early to get in line to wait. The chapel was recommended by a friend and I’m so thankful we decided to give them a shot! It’s a more personal experience. The staff is phenomenal, they take the time to listen, and are extremely informative. At the end of the day we didn’t want just anyone working with our dog and kitten, and Concord Chapel Animal Hospital in our eyes have built that trust from us! Thank you for all you do!

They love my pet, Meeko, over here and try him like he is one of there own. They are very knowledgeable. Have an amazing and caring staff. The building and location are amazing. Can't recommend enough.

BEST EVER. Just took our 2 Golden Retrievers to Concord Chapel for the first time after not being satisfied with our last 2 vets who were nice enough but nearly as all in committed to our fur babies health and well being as we are. Wow am I impressed. Great facility and calming ambiance (in an old church that still has the stained glass windows), fantastic attitude and customer service from every staff person I met. They were all truly friendly, caring and happy to be there and genuinely cared about Thatcher and Lacey. The technician who took our history before meeting with the vet even did so from my car so I didn’t have to wrangle 2 dogs. And she was far more thorough than other vets we’ve been to, drilling down to know more than just the surface level stuff. And they had already gotten records from our prior vet. And then the care, attention to detail and education on exactly what she was looking for and why from the vet, Elizabeth, was outstanding. After 35 years and 6 different homes/cities as pet owners, this is easily the best vet clinic we’ve ever taken our dogs to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
