Introducing Complete Animal Eye Care Center, a dedicated pet hospital specializing in ophthalmology, bringing advanced eye care services for your beloved animals. While our physical location is in Sherman Oaks, California, USA, we understand the importance of providing information to pet owners everywhere who may be seeking specialized care or learning about potential eye health issues in their companions. As a specialized "Pet Hospital," Complete Animal Eye Care Center focuses exclusively on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various eye conditions affecting pets, ensuring that your furry, scaled, or feathered friends receive the highest level of expertise and care for their vision.

At the heart of Complete Animal Eye Care Center is a commitment to providing exceptional veterinary ophthalmology services. This specialization means that the veterinarians and staff possess in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with the intricate structures and potential ailments of animal eyes. Unlike general veterinary practices that address a wide range of health concerns, a specialized pet hospital like Complete Animal Eye Care Center is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and surgical equipment specifically designed for ophthalmic procedures. This allows for more accurate diagnoses and more effective treatments for complex eye conditions.

Based on the information available, Complete Animal Eye Care Center is led by experienced professionals like Dr. Silverman, who is highly regarded by pet owners. The positive reviews highlight Dr. Silverman's expertise and the center's commitment to excellent patient care. These testimonials provide valuable insights into the level of service and the positive outcomes achieved for pets with various eye problems.

One of the key services offered at Complete Animal Eye Care Center is surgical intervention for conditions like "cherry eye." As one reviewer recounts, their dog Buddy experienced a recurrence of cherry eye after undergoing surgery at a general practice. Seeking specialized care at Complete Animal Eye Care Center and under the care of Dr. Silverman resulted in a successful and aesthetically pleasing outcome. This highlights the benefit of choosing a specialist for specific conditions, as they possess the focused skills and experience to handle such cases effectively, potentially reducing the risk of complications or recurrence.

Beyond cherry eye surgery, a specialized animal eye care center like this would typically offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment services for various ocular conditions. These may include:

Comprehensive Eye Examinations: Thorough evaluations to assess the overall health of your pet's eyes, including vision testing, examination of the external and internal structures of the eye, and measurement of intraocular pressure.

Cataract Surgery: Removal of cloudy lenses and often replacement with artificial lenses to restore vision in pets suffering from cataracts.

Glaucoma Management: Diagnosis and treatment of elevated intraocular pressure, which can lead to blindness if left unmanaged. This may involve medication, laser therapy, or surgery.

Corneal Disease Treatment: Management of various conditions affecting the cornea, the clear front surface of the eye, including infections, ulcers, and injuries.

Retinal Disease Management: Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the retina, the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye, which can cause vision loss.

Eyelid Surgery: Correction of eyelid abnormalities such as entropion (inward rolling of the eyelid) or ectropion (outward rolling of the eyelid), which can cause irritation and discomfort.

Dry Eye Management: Treatment for inadequate tear production, which can lead to discomfort and potential eye damage.

Ocular Trauma Care: Emergency treatment for injuries to the eye.

Diagnostic Imaging: Utilizing advanced imaging techniques such as ultrasound or electroretinography (ERG) to assess the internal structures and function of the eye.

The positive reviews also emphasize the compassionate and supportive environment at Complete Animal Eye Care Center. The staff is described as caring and attentive, which is crucial when dealing with a pet's health concerns. Clear communication and a willingness to address owner concerns are vital aspects of quality veterinary care, and these appear to be hallmarks of this center.

Furthermore, the mention of "0% interest financing called Care Credit" indicates a commitment to making specialized veterinary care more accessible to pet owners. Unexpected veterinary expenses can be a significant financial burden, and offering financing options can alleviate some of this stress, allowing pet owners to pursue the best possible care for their animals without immediate financial constraints. This demonstrates a patient-centered approach and a genuine desire to help pets in need.

While the reviews specifically mention Dr. Silverman, a specialized pet hospital like Complete Animal Eye Care Center likely has a team of trained veterinary technicians and support staff who play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care. These individuals assist with examinations, administer treatments, monitor patients during and after procedures, and provide essential support to both the veterinarians and the pet owners.

For local users in Singapore who may be seeking specialized veterinary ophthalmology services, understanding the expertise and range of treatments offered by centers like Complete Animal Eye Care Center can be beneficial. While direct access to this specific clinic in California may not be feasible, learning about the standards of care and the types of conditions that require specialized attention can help pet owners in Singapore identify similar facilities or advocate for their pet's needs with their local veterinarians. It underscores the importance of seeking specialized care when dealing with complex or persistent eye issues in pets.

In conclusion, Complete Animal Eye Care Center, as a specialized "Pet Hospital" focusing on veterinary ophthalmology, appears to offer a high standard of care for animals with eye conditions. The positive testimonials highlight the expertise of Dr. Silverman, the effectiveness of their treatments (particularly surgical interventions like cherry eye correction), the compassionate and supportive environment, and the availability of financial assistance options. While geographically located in the USA, the services and dedication to animal eye health exemplified by Complete Animal Eye Care Center serve as a benchmark for the kind of specialized care that pet owners should seek when their animals face ocular challenges. For pet owners in Singapore, understanding the scope of veterinary ophthalmology and the benefits of seeking specialized care can lead to better outcomes for their beloved companions facing eye health issues. I am so glad I took my dog to Dr. Silverman. My little dog Buddy had a cherry eye that wouldn't go away, so we took the cheap route by having Banfield (our primary care vet) do the surgery, but then 4 weeks later the gland popped back out again. Also, the job looked messy. So then I decided to see a specialist, Dr Silverman. He did an amazing job. When I took Buddy home from surgery, you couldn't even tell he had an operation done. The work was flawless. Unfortunately 5 months later Buddy's cherry eye on the other eye popped out, so we had to give him surgery again. There was absolutely no hesitation in going back to Complete Animal Eye Care. Again, Silverman did a great job and he worked with us in pricing. Silverman went above and beyond. They offered 0% interest financing called Care Credit - which I took advantage of to pay for this.

We were told by our vet that our dog needs to get his eye taken out cause they believed it was cancer and so we took our dog here to get a second opinion. The price for our consultation was 200 dollars which is much less then it usually is and thankfully he checked our dogs eye and turns out it was galacoma. The doctor was very good with our dog and told us there was an injection he could do for the eye. After he did the injection there was immediate relief with my dog and now he is as playful and happy as he used to be. Overall very good results and very good service thank you Dr silverman!

Be careful with this doctor I took my dog here to get his eye checked after being referred here from a different veterinary hospital. They took him to the back, wouldn’t let me go with him then I heard him scream out in pain. They then brought him out with blood in his eye (which he NEVER had) and suggested that he needs a same day surgery for 5k. I called different doctors for different opinions, they all told me it shouldn’t have went this way at all. If you love your pet, please do not bring them here.

First timer neurotic at an dog eye doctor. We got a next day appointment and Dr. was able to take care of my dogs age related mineral deposits on the eye the same day. We are home and I can already see he is more comfortable. Thank you. Very happy with the treatment and price was more than fair.
