Me and my cat absolutely loved our experience here. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The doctor was equally as excellent. I hope Dr Mandy Collins stays here and that we get to see her again. She was truly the best vet my cat and I have ever been too. This place is truly cat friendly. They have cat shelves and have calming pheromone towels, as well as a plugin in the room. This was the best vet place and I highly recommend for all cat owners. The vet listened so well to our concerns and wasn’t dismissive at all. Thank you so much Dr Mandy and our receptionist! Hope to be back with a healthy girl. Here is my girl on the highest perch in the exam room.

The staff here are exactly the type of people you’d want to judge your pet’s best interest: genuine animal lovers well-versed in their practice. I have a small, shy cat named Toast that had a wonderful experience here. From Shell’s (Michelle’s) hospitable reception, Shannon’s attentiveness and efficiency, and Dr. Laura Gibson’s unassuming and detailed observation; the pride they have in their service is obvious and unwavering. Genuine dedication in seeking a solution with the same investment that you have in your pet is rare to find these days and sorely needed! I could not recommend this place enough to anyone seeking professional vet service that’s worth every penny. Thank you to all the staff that contributed to Toast’s amazing experience.

It was a great experience, from checking in to checking out. The front desk ladies were welcoming and helpful. The Veterinarian Assistant doing the intake was very gentle with our cat in taking his vitals. The Veterinarian asked me what I believe were pertinent questions about my cat’s health, diet and activity in the house, all helping her to understand his health and any concerns that she may have.

I love College Mall Veterinary Hospital. They have always treated us and our furry friends as family. We just added a new puppy to our tribe and they made her feel just as welcome while offering us loving guidance as to how to give her a healthy start. ❤️🐶

Best ever showed up with an injured Pat on a Friday afternoon I had been prior client was not in their system anymore asked to be worked in somehow or another even though they didn’t take walk-ins shortly I was told that somebody just canceled and I was offered an appointment in an hour. Got my pet taken care of will once again be a lifelong member of the veterinary clinic very pleased.
