My pet died as a result of Doctor Molina's misdiagnosis post-op. I give a two star because they were helpful in arranging a needed surgery very quickly on a holiday adjacent day, and their friendly rapport to establish a new patient was pleasant. That falls on its face very hard, however, considering the conditions of my pet's deterioration and their unwillingness to tell me that my pet had become septic post surgery. They figuratively pushed me out the door to an emergency vet after they had performed an X-ray one week post-op. I was told to take my pet to get an ultrasound at emergency, but no indication as to why. They even proactively shared my pet's x-ray with that emergency vet. Costal identified my pet was septic and didn't have the decency to tell me, instead pushing that onus onto the emergency vet. If you need a basic health evaluation, they may be effective, but I won't recommend them. If you require surgery, please, for the sake of your animal, arrange proper post-operation recovery care (something that was diminished or not suggested in my case.) Non-profit 501(c) offerings exist near enough with hospital care offerings, and likely offer surgery services as well. Amended: "We always recommend that pet owners closely monitor their pets post-surgery and seek immediate veterinary attention if they notice any concerning symptoms." You think I didn't do that? That's exactly where Dr Molina failed. Just three days post op, he evaluated and simply prescribed further antibiotic dosing when the true issue was a rupture in the GI sutures. I told Molina at least five times in that visit that I was concerned the surgery site sutures ruptured and he didn't even offer an ultrasound or xray, just pushed pills like he was looking for kickbacks. When I brought my animal back the second time just a few days later because he continued to deteriorate, that's when others in your practice couldn't muster the courage to accept this responsibility, and pushed me out to another care provider. This hideous attempt to save face, clearly without investigating the specifics of my case (echoing Molina's practice of 'results before investigations'), brings my review to zero stars.

Nov 09, 2024 · P RThey take such great care of my Beagle. They remember her every time we stop in. Able to to squeeze us in when I have concerns and put my mind at ease with their care and explanations. They are very responsive and I have confidence in their recommendations and level of care.
Nov 08, 2024 · Vivek K. BabbarDoctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. Doctor took time to answer questions that we understood. Lady appeared very comfortable with the doctor.
Jul 27, 2024 · Jean CothronWe came in for a consult for acupuncture with Dr. DeRosa. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. My dog is terrified of strangers but Dr. DeRosa and the assisting tech got on the floor with her and were able to make friends with her. We came back yesterday for our first acupuncture and we were met with the same patience. Dr. DeRosa did an excellent job of explaining the process and providing me with options for the best possible outcome while educating me on potential long term issues so that I can make better informed decisions on future care.
Apr 24, 2024 · Nia A.Nice folks. Let us know upfront all the costs for the annual dog visit. They take your dog in the back and I guess, give them shots, take blood, etc. Then the dog comes back and the Dr comes in. Nice Dr., his name was Dr. Mike. Very clean place and smells good. Bella was happy with her visit today.
