So after a visit to 24 hr animal hospital on Wednesday the 12th of December we followed up with an appt at Clint Moore on the following day and with the diagnosis of abcess of anal gland Dr Pastori treated our 15 yr old Chorkie and we are happy to say after a horrible few days she is back to herself and we are so grateful! All of the staff was amazing and Dr Pastori and the vet tech that worked with us were so informative and caring! Thank you all so much!

I have left a review on another account (5 star) as I have always had positive experiences with Clint Moore Animal Hospital. However, I want to write another from my experience today. My husband and I had a scare with one of my dogs and brought her into the office as an emergency. My first point of contact was Emily at the front desk. She was beyond kind. She prioritized my emergency and immediately took my dog back to be assessed. She was patient with me while I stumbled over my words, trying to articulate the issue but crippled by anxiety. She was reassuring and, again, so incredibly kind. I am not an emotional person, but her kindness actually brought me to tears. Gavin was the tech that assisted us, and Dr Pastori was our vet. I have seen Dr Pastori once before, and both times he was patient, kind, and thorough. He was considerate of pricing and gave me different options to ensure I could choose what would work best for my family. Gavin is an absolute doll who was also beyond patient and reassuring - I have had the pleasure of having him as my tech numerous times and he is always amazing. From beginning to end, I felt like my dog and I were important and prioritized given our emergency - we were treated with kindness, consideration, patience, and professionalism from every and every staff member. My dog is back home now resting peacefully. I will never visit another vet office unless I’m forced to - this is our home and I am so incredibly thankful to the entire staff at Clint Moore Animal Hospital. Please take any negative reviews with a grain of salt: this office saved my dog in the past, and has been nothing but stellar at each and every visit. My family has brought our dogs to clinics by Dr Butzer since the early 1990s. This is an incredible office filled with amazing humans who love and care for my babies.

If you are thinking about taking your dog here for daycare, please don’t. I took my dog here for daycare as she had been here for vet services before and we had a great experience. The first day of daycare went great, from what I heard from the staff she was very shy but overall had fun. When I took her home, she seemed a little exhausted which is to be expected but other than that absolutely no issues. I took her in for a second day of daycare expecting the same outcome. She was at daycare from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, when I picked my dog up from daycare she seemed extremely off and didn’t even acknowledge me. After further communication with Clint Moore as I was extremely concerned , I was told that my dog had suffered from heat exhaustion and had ice packs and IVs in her from 1 PM to 5:30 PM. NO ONE contacted me to tell me this happened and I was NOT told this happened when I picked her up. It very much felt like this was trying to be swept under the rug and I would’ve never found out had I not reached out. I brought my dog back in to be evaluated and was essentially told that “this is very common” and “it happens all the time.” My dog is extremely active and goes to the dog park everyday for over an hour, the timeline I was told was that this happened in a matter of 8 minutes. I cannot imagine this would’ve happened that quickly, especially because the pictures I was sent showed her in the pool minutes prior to this happening. Everything is extremely sketchy and I still don’t know what truly happened. The kennel manager did not acknowledge my pain in this situation and told me that she got too busy to call me due to an emergency (clearly this wasn’t an emergency to her). I was also blamed as I was moving at the time and was told it’s anxiety from the move when we have moved apartments 4 times in the past two years and she had been fine.My dog could barely walk for several days after and would barely eat. She had to be hand fed and could only be standing for less than 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. She also came home with 5+ brand new massive hot spots. If you love your pet, please do not take them here for daycare. All the vet services after this situation were waived (still paid for daycare the day she spent with IVs, never offered a refund even though she spent half the day in a vet room) but nothing will ever take away from the guilt I feel knowing I brought my dog there and not knowing what horrible things were going on. Heat exhaustion should not be a common thing and the staff are clearly not trained on handling the heat in South Florida. I appreciate the care the staff gave my dog in this situation, but no one called me to tell me what was happening or told me in the aftermath. This daycare should be evaluated because something is extremely wrong and I hope they better their practices in the future.

Great place to take your fur baby. If they are sick and for a physical. If you just need to update your shots probably a local pet shop is more affordable. I took my dog here to get her nails trimmed and it was $40.00!!! I Should have called first and asked the price.

OMG seriously the BEST vet experience I have EVER had! What a little safe haven for your dogs. They have everything on this property, the staff and Doctor Butzer were just the sweetest with our pups and also did not charge us insane pricing for the time and things needed which I deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait for my dog to experience their little doggie oasis! Thank you Clint Moore animal hospital!!
