So grateful I found this veterinarian. The doctors and staff are truly amazing. They treat the whole animal, body, mind, and spirit. My dog and kitty are healthier because they have taught me so much. My dog had digestive issues which cost me thousands at the specialist only to not have an answer. Made the appt Charlotte Natural Animal Clinic and I was educated on digestion and nutrition. My dog got better almost immediately. They treat you like you are the only one there no matter how busy they are and always make time for you. Best place ever! 🩷

Wonderful staff, genuine care for the animals without trying to "force meds down their throat"... have always given us the perfect solution for our 15 yr old girl with intermittent leg and hip issues. And the facility has a very "home" feeling with a great atmosphere. HIGHLY recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The staff are so wonderful and very caring. Dr. Schact and Carl always explain everything thoroughly and I trust them wholeheartedly. I love that they advocate a raw food diet, they don’t belittle me for not vaccinating or neutering my dogs. I love the holistic approach to care and I would give them 100 stars if I could. We need more vets like this. I wouldn’t trust my dogs to anyone else. Also, Jean at the front desk is a super star!❤️

We are so happy to have found Charlotte Natural Animal Clinic! Thank you to Dr. Schact for taking the time to really listen to our stories about our dog Taz and his health problems. We really appreciated his scientific and holistic approach to solving some long-standing issues. Dr. Schact not only spent a long time with us, but completed a detailed history of our dog's medical and surgical background, performed an exam of our dog, and recommended appropriate solutions, including natural medications. We felt confident in this veterinarian and staff to really care for our dog. Also, thanks to Jean for getting us in quickly!

Love it here. My golden had allergies that our previous vet could only offer Apoquel and shots for, with little success. However with an inexpensive homeopathic remedy his allergies eventually completely went away. He started acting like a young dog again too!
