I've heard Dr. Katie was great and this place came highly recommended to me this past year. I finally gave them a shot because they do take care credit. The new vet has now misdiagnosed my cat beyond reason, a quick Google search can completely disregard everything she recommends or prescribes to work. Thanks to this new vet, I have a cat with a horrid upper respiratory infection that has persisted for a month longer than necessary and is now having issues passing stool (bloody, soft stool that sticks to his fur) due to the excessive amounts of antibiotics he has been placed on. He is not even a year old and was prescribed two antibiotics that have been shown to not work against his infection (research done by the university she graduated from, mind you). Not only did this happen, but when I tried calling the vet to express my issue, explaining that this antibiotic is proven to not work, I was charged for new medicine and I was charged for a "telemed" visit. I have wasted my money, my cats time, and he is now sicker than he began.

Dr Katie was awesome. She left (we were told for a surgery position) the new dr is very new and not that great. I feel we would have had the solution by now it has cost us a fortune to be no where. She is nice but not seasoned. Understanding you have to get experience somewhere but i feel the experience should come under someone like Dr Katie. Not impressed at all!

We brought our dog in for ear problem. Come to find out, she had debris in her ear and not an infection. Dr. Brammer was awesome. She was very informative on the issue. I would definitely recommend to others!

When Dr Katie was here this was a great veterinary clinic. They have a new vet named Dr Emily. She is absolutely terrible. We have given her repeated chances and she has repeatedly failed to properly diagnose anything. 1. We have an elderly cat with kidney disease. She gets bladder infections and Dr Katie had it set up for her to come in for an antibiotic injection. Dr Emily would not honor this and wanted us to wait nearly two weeks to see her. It would have been very dangerous for her to wait with her kidney disease. We went elsewhere, were seen same day and they gave her an antibiotic injection. 2. Our dog injured her knee. Dr Emily said she had a grade 4 luxating patella and needed to see an orthopedic surgeon and that our other dog had a grade 2. The one simply injured her knee and has a grade 1 luxation. Not a 4. Our other dog doesn’t have a luxation at all. 3. Our one dog developed a small tumor on her chest. I asked her to do a needle biopsy. She said she couldn’t but would suggest removal. The estimate was over $1500 for the removal. Another vet did a needle biopsy for $30 and it is simply a fatty tumor. 4. Both our dogs became sick with severe diarrhea. She did an antibiotic for seven days. It cleared up almost immediately but came back 2 days after stopping the antibiotic. She refused to refill it and said they were just stressed. She prescribed a prescription diet food, which they both threw up, and charged us $25 for a text message from her staff and $10 to pick up a paper prescription. We have been clients of this office for several years and I am disappointed to see it go so far down hill. Thank god we have found a new wonderful vet we can trust. Dr Emily really needs to be under someone who can teach her but as she is right now, she does not have adequate knowledge. Save yourself a lot of time, money and frustration and go somewhere else.

We love Dr. Katie!!! She has gone above and beyond with our Chewie aka Chuffers as we navigate old age, diabetes, stones and diet changes. We are forever fans!
