Absolutely horrendous customer service. I cannot advise against them enough. They did a horrible job of neutering my cat and are denying any responsibility for their actions. They did not provide a cone for after his surgery and when my mother asked to purchase one, they did not let her. The second he came out of his cage we notice something red sticking out of the site and when we attempted to take him in on Saturday to be looked at, we were immediately turned away despite calling in advance. They made us schedule for Monday and we had to cancel because he had to go to the emergency vet Sunday afternoon. The woman at the front desk, the vet, and the manager are all extremely rude and incompetent. He is still in the emergency vet to get his prolapse fixed in addition to addressing a urinary blockage. I have never dealt with such rude people before, the Humane Society did a better job on my other cats. They are continuing to lie and deny anything, even going as far as to claim false information about contacting the hospital he is in and claiming they said the incision is "healing perfectly and nothing is wrong." They're completely unreasonable and asked that we bring him in for them to look at while he's actively being treated in the ER for the next three days. I will never take any of my cats there ever again, I will not trust them to even look at him after how badly they have handled this situation and how incompetent the vet was to send him home like that in the first place. I will be obtaining evidence from the vet and be taking legal action. Do not take your cat here. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from everyone involved and completely unprofessional and unforgivable. I will not tolerate employees yelling at my mother and calling her a liar because of their own shortcomings. In what world does a nurse tell owners to use an envelope as a makeshift cone and to just "let them loose." She should be fired alongside the manager and vet. I am outraged that any of these people are allowed to work with animals. This place is an embarrassment.

Nov 25, 2024 · Eve AzaleaMy family chose to adopt a cat as a pet and so I went in search of a possible vet for our new addition to the family. Unfortunately the Vet we chose does not provide Spay services so we went to Cats Exclusive for these services. Upon walking up one could immediately see and determine that the employees feelings are more important than the clients by the sign at the entrance. I can understand people get emotional about their pets but to see a sign saying check your feelings before entering is NOT a good impression. That should of been a 'sign' to not continue but I allotted benefit of doubt. My husband and son picked her up and when they came home I was shocked that there was no post op pain meds prescribed or mention of using ice to help with inflammation in the area or some type of post op appointment. NONE was given. So I figured they surely must do a follow up call. NOPE! Our poor baby girl was bleeding from her incision site when she moved so the "check to make sure the incision is properly covered before release" was not done or was handled VERY poorly. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the care that should of been given or provided is lacking. The sign at the front of the door should serve as a warning to new clients or potential clients as to who is more important. Update: Business response proved my point. Be aware.
May 21, 2024 · Martha MathiesonOur sweet girl. It’s been 9 months since we adopted her and I can’t imagine how I lived all this time without her. The vets were so kind to my husband and I as well as the receptionists. Thank you CatsExclusive for the greatest addition to our family ❤️
Nov 01, 2023 · Elisa PatenteI am truly grateful to have found this place. The service is excellent and affordable. I have several cats and their medical treatment would cost me a fortune anywhere else.
Nov 09, 2024 · CJ sIf I could give zero stars I would. I called to inquire about the exam fee and possibly schedule an appointment for my sneezing cat. I was informed that there was an appointment available the following day and I was given the time. When I asked about their cancellation policy and attempted to explain why I would possibly need to cancel/reschedule, I was cut off rudely and was told maybe I need to get my schedule set before I take an appointment from someone that really needed it. I tried to explain why I would need to adjust and the "lady" I was speaking to didn't care and was quite rude. I told her I didn't think the patient/office relationship was going to work out if the office staff was as rude as she was. She agreed and hung up on me. All this from an office trying to do the best for cats in our community. I did find out that their exam fee is $40... but I'll be spending that elsewhere... and I'm sure, I will be treated better. Ashame really.
