Dr Lang was exceptional with our little 9 yr old chi, Blu. We found the office and exam rooms to be very well maintained and clean. The office staff were all very nice and patient with us through our entire visit. We feel confident in the diagnosis given, and one thing that I loved most is that Dr. Lang was not rushed. He spent ample time with us, answering our questions and explaining how to administer eardrops for her ear issue. Overall, we are very pleased with the care Blu received from this clinic, Dr. Lang and staff, Thank you for your kindness to us and our belived pet. Blu has a new doctor.

Dr. Sutton and staff are amazing. I called because my cat had an abscess from a bite, and they were able to see her the very next morning while every other vet I called had no appointments. She was very patient and kind with my kitty and her surgery went great. Four days later my other cat got sick, and they could see her same day for a procedure on her paw. Will for sure be using them for all of my pets needs from now on. Thank you for taking such quick care of my babies.

The staff was very nice! The doctor was really knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions concerning my bearded dragon. Best exotic vet in Carrollton!

Dr Rogers is very nice and I found the staff nice also. My issue here was that I asked how much a procedure would cost and was told a range and the range of $ was discussed. It was a bit high but I decided to go ahead with the procedure. When I arrived morning of procedure, I handed over pet and then the receptionist handed me the procedure costs on paper to sign. It was double the cost of what had been discussed. All I say is that you should get the actual costs on paper first before committing to any procedures at CCAH. I don't like when a business is not totally honest and does a maneuver like this. I retrieved my animal immediately and left. They wanted to discuss the costs but at this point, There is no discussion. I will still take my animal here for general care but just letting you know their prices are high.
