Based on the available customer reviews, Bush Veterinary Services appears to be a welcoming and caring environment for both pets and their owners. One pet owner recounted their positive experience during their first dog's visit to the vet. They specifically praised the clinic for taking the time to answer all of their questions, which is particularly important for new pet owners who may have numerous concerns and require detailed explanations. The reviewer also noted that they were made to feel at ease, highlighting the clinic's commitment to creating a comfortable and stress-free experience for pet owners. Furthermore, they commended the great care provided to their dog, Louie, who apparently felt so comfortable that he even took a nap on the examination table. This anecdote speaks volumes about the gentle and reassuring atmosphere at Bush Veterinary Services, leading the reviewer to highly recommend the veterinary office.

Another heartfelt review shared an experience during a very difficult time – the loss of a beloved pet. The customer expressed gratitude for the compassion and support they received from Bush Veterinary Services during this heartbreaking event. This feedback underscores the clinic's commitment to not only the physical health of pets but also the emotional well-being of their owners. It suggests that the staff at Bush Veterinary Services understands the deep bond between people and their animals and provides empathetic support during challenging times.

While these reviews offer valuable insights into the caring and supportive nature of Bush Veterinary Services, they provide limited details about the clinic's physical environment. However, the positive experiences shared suggest an atmosphere where both pets and owners feel comfortable and respected. The fact that a dog felt secure enough to nap on the examination table indicates a calm and non-threatening setting.

The reviews also do not explicitly list the specific services offered at Bush Veterinary Services. However, as a pet hospital, it is reasonable to assume that they provide a range of essential veterinary care. These typically include routine wellness examinations, which are crucial for preventative health and early detection of potential issues. Vaccinations, tailored to your pet's species, age, and lifestyle, are also a standard service offered by most veterinary clinics to protect against infectious diseases. Parasite prevention, including measures against fleas, ticks, heartworms, and intestinal parasites, is another vital component of routine care that pet hospitals usually provide.

In addition to preventative care, Bush Veterinary Services likely offers diagnostic services to help identify the cause of illness or injury in pets. These may include physical examinations, laboratory tests (such as blood work, urine analysis, and fecal exams), and imaging techniques like X-rays. Based on the positive feedback regarding thoroughness and answering questions, it is probable that they take the time to explain diagnostic findings and treatment options clearly to pet owners.

Treatment for various medical conditions and injuries is another core service of a pet hospital. This can range from prescribing medications and providing supportive care to performing surgical procedures when necessary. The scope of surgical services can vary, but many general practice veterinary hospitals offer common surgeries such as spaying and neutering, as well as procedures to address certain medical issues. Given the positive reviews, it is likely that Bush Veterinary Services is equipped to handle a variety of medical and surgical needs.

Furthermore, many veterinary clinics offer ancillary services such as dental care, which is essential for maintaining your pet's oral health and overall well-being. Nutritional counseling is another valuable service that helps pet owners make informed decisions about their pet's diet based on their individual needs. Microchipping, a safe and permanent form of identification, is also commonly offered.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Bush Veterinary Services in the provided text. Veterinary hospitals sometimes offer introductory specials for new clients, seasonal promotions on specific services (like dental cleanings or vaccinations), or wellness plans that bundle preventative care services at a discounted rate. To inquire about any current promotions or special offers at Bush Veterinary Services, it is best to contact them directly.

In conclusion, Bush Veterinary Services in Flora, Indiana, appears to be a caring and highly recommended pet hospital based on the positive customer feedback. I had a very nice experience. Even though it was one of the most heart breaking days of my life. Losing my best friend and partner. Thank you for your compassion and support

Everyone here is very kind and helpful. I brought in our very shy puppy, Bailey, who we only had for about a couple of months. They were so good with her! We have other pets that we are going to be bringing in for their care as well!

This was the most awful experience ever at a vet’s office. I took my dog for a problem he was having with a smell. He is an anxious dog. He had been seen there a few times and they knew he had anxiety. He has to have meds before he goes to all him down. The visit did not go well at the start. There is a girl there that for whatever reason really sets him off. 2 times now when I have taken him and she has been in the room, I have to take him home because they can’t work with him and yesterday was no exception. I mentioned that I had nothing against her but that he does not like her. They did not keep her away from him. I was asked if I would leave the exam room and they would try to take him to the back. I did. They were unable to work with him so they asked if they could sedate him so they could help him and I agreed. They had me put a slip lead on him. I don’t know how they got him to the back but I could hear him screaming like a child. Then it was quiet. Then more high pitch screaming. The ladies in the waiting room just looked at me and then the doors leading to the back. I asked three times if I could go to the back and was told no. In a few they opened the door and he ran to me with not one but 2 slip leashes around his neck which I removed for them. I was told he hit his mouth and had a cut. He needed stronger meds next time and I really should get him fixed. The dr was kind but I felt like a bad dog mom. He was quiet all evening and was just not right. The next morning my husband noticed both of his eyes were bloodshot. When I called and asked what happened to him in the back they said he hit his head pretty hard. My question is why didn’t they tell me the day before? Why did they hide all that happened Then later I remembered that I had only put one slip leash on him. After having him to another vet today he verified what I had been thinking. My dog was choked with 2 leads while trying to treat him to the point of the blood vessels his eyes popping. I am hurt and horrified at what my Cooper went thru. I will never recommend this vet. I just keep thinking that I asked 3 times, I told them the girl made him worse and they didn’t listen to me. I guess in their mind they knew my dog better than me. I didn’t take my loving companion there to be strangle so hard his eyes popped out. The new vet said his eyes were bloodshot due to the trama he went thru. This breaks my heart and so upsets me that. Cooper went thru this. No one will ever take my dog out of my site again. This was cruel. They should have known when to quit. I give you zero stars. You will never touch my dog again.
