May 10, 2025 · Allison LloydsSo grateful to have found Bond Vet!!! My cat had recently suffered a urinary blockage and needed emergency surgery. Through all of our uncertainty and stress, Bond Vet staff was consistently there to help us understand and relieve our nerves. They were there to support our numerous amount of questions and concerns with open arms and a listening ear. Post surgery, they assured me we would be in close contact. Dr. LaMattina was so very attentive and kind checking in on the wellbeing of our kitty. We will continue as patients of Dr. LaMattina and Bond Vet for as long as you will allow us to! Thank you for taking such amazing care of us and our cat!
May 07, 2025 · Kristen BellicoThe entire staff are welcoming and helpful, from the receptionist to the vet techs. They are incredibly gentle with my anxious dogs, making the whole visit much less stressful. The Place is clean, well-maintained, and has a calming atmosphere for them. Izzy and Dixie love you all...
Feb 23, 2025 · Natalie CentturionWe were temporarily in Connecticut when my dog began squinting in one eye. I wanted to get it checked out after a couple days but didn't want to go to an emergency vet. I was able to easily schedule an appointment on their website the morning of, without having to fill out a bunch of paperwork or creating an account. We were seen promptly when we arrived, and they also called my primary vet in Virginia to get his medical history. The vet and assistants were thorough in their checks and there was no shortage of treats available throughout the appointment. Left with peace of mind and some steroid eye drops to administer over the next 7 days. Thank you guys!
Sep 18, 2024 · John AlligoodI've been to bond vet twice with my dog and the lack of communication is what will make me never return. The last visit we found out they've been muzzling him without our consent and knowledge. I am not anti muzzle at all, in fact I feel muzzles can be very useful for everyone involved. But I do have an issue with the fact that they didn't feel the need to tell us they were doing that. Our dog has never had to be muzzled at other vets and I would have appreciated being told what they were doing to our dog when we were not with him. When the tech brought the muzzling up, she had absolutely no sympathy that we had not been told. The techs have some attitude and are very condescending when you don't understand something. This vet is way too expensive to be treated so poorly.
