BluePearl Pet Hospital

I brought Rollie (1 year old mini English bulldog) into the hospital after he was not properly cared for by his Primary Vet, he was not able to properly urinate. From checking in to checking out I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and consideration we were met with by the entire staff. Rollie is family to me & means more than anything to me. I would recommend Blue Pearl and the staff mentioned below to anyone who needs care for their animal. Rollie received 3 surgeries completed by Dr. Frame who was there for us (Rollie & myself) through the whole process. He took time to explain everything, walk me through the process, called before surgery started, was there when I came to visit (checked in and spoke with me), and was there when I was able to take Rollie home. Darwin & Anthony were Rollies primary nurses during his stay.. both made sure he was comfortable, had everything he needed and provided (numerous) updates anytime I requested. During check out Anthony spent 30+ minutes with me going over all aftercare, medications & questions I had. In these times where your little friends are sick or unwell you can be left feeling pretty helpless, thankfully for me, these team members made me feel confident that Rollie was properly cared for & would get whatever help he needed to be restored to his usual lovable, playful self. He is now home & recovering.

We came to the ER for a second opinion after having a negative experience with a separate facility. We were seen and evaluated within an hour. Dr Woolery spent a VERY long time going over the findings and all options for intervention. Despite the ER being very busy, we never felt rushed and she was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Our nurse, Murray was also phenomenal. 10/10 service and we are so thankful for the team

We cannot say enough about this facility. We have several dogs, all older and with health issues. Several times we have had to take them in and every time we were treated swiftly with understanding, care and compassion. The staff is always very supportive and friendly. The care is top notch and we are forever grateful. Thank you Blue Pearl for your care!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the BluePearl team. Every single person I interacted with during my dogs diagnosis, surgery and overnight stay has been exceptional—so loving, so caring and so professional. Going to an emergency vet is typically a stressful experience but they really made me feel so at ease. My pup also always seemed calm and relaxed when I picked her up after her visits. They even brushed her out and gave her pretty bows. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my girl!

Have had mixed experiences at this place, incredibly expensive. I needed to bring my cat recently and spent 3 hours in the waiting room while numerous people came in after me and were taken care of before me. The front staff was not very sympathetic and quite literally ignored me when I asked her why I went from next up to an hour wait. I would not take your animal here unless you want to waste your time and not have your animal seen. Roll the dice at your own risk, they might be ok if no one is there but the second they have multiple customers it is a disorganized mess. If your animal is on deaths door it might die near the door of their waiting room.
