BluePearl Pet Hospital - Urgent Care

I’m new to the Tampa Bay area, and when my dog hurt his back, I decided to take him to BluePearl Pet Urgent Care. I’m so glad I did! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seen right away. The staff was absolutely lovely—so kind and compassionate throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and weren’t pushy during checkout, which I really appreciated. It’s never easy dealing with an injured pet, but the team at BluePearl made the experience so much better. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care for their pets!

The team here at Blue Pearl were absolutely amazing! I brought my boy in to get checked out after not acting normal for the last couple days. I called and they were eager to help him. I got him there and from the start to finish it was extremely easy and they explained everything that I needed to do and what they were doing, they gave me options to fit my needs as well as my boys needs! Thank you Blue Pearl for being available on such short notice I really appreciate you all! Everyone I spoke with was absolutely awesome! Dozer is back to his normal self acting like a puppy again! The staff at BluePearl were so kind and welcoming. I had to take my 5 month kitten, Pixie, in late at night to be been seen after just adopting her a few days prior. They were very thorough with taking her history & quick to have her evaluated. I was nervous the entire time, meanwhile they were reassuring and patient. The vet had the best energy and made sure I had each of my millions of questions answered. Afterwards, the nurse broke down the cost of different treatment options, which was very helpful in determining what was best for Pixie. Eval & treatment will be expensive no matter where you go, but I loved the fact that they didn’t force me to indulge in everything & only suggested those that were highly recommended. Otherwise, totally worth it for the comfort/health of your pets. As a first-time cat owner, this experience was scary but I wouldn’t have gotten through it without their help. Now, Pixie is as playful & normal (as cats can be). She was a completely different cat after this visit, in the best way possible. I attached photos for reference. When my kitty got sick, I chose Bluepearl because they have an excellent reputation and this location is very convenient to me. Also I believe they are open 24/7 and we needed urgent care the night before Thanksgiving. There was no wait and the staff were all professional and compassionate.we paid $120 for the consultation and $107 for antibiotics.

If I could I I'd give them way way more than just 5 stars. They r all so nice and caring. They spent hours with us and gave my dog medication right away for his pain.also referrals and financial help
