HORRIBLE, WORST VET EVER. We took our dog in for an ear infection and anal gland infection, he announced after glancing at the areas (and putting her in a totally unnecessary muzzle) that she didn't have infections in either area and that the symptoms must be hay fever. He gave her a shot and charged us $75. A couple weeks later when her ear infection worsened to the point it couldn't be denied, I called and asked if he could phone in a prescription - we already paid $75 for nothing. He said NO he had to see her again. I asked if he could not charge us since we brought her in for this very thing the first time and he misdiagnosed, he said NO. I politely said we would be bringing her elsewhere then (what is the incentive to go back and get charged even more for nothing??), HE HUNG UP ON ME. Not to mention every time I called they asked me to call back at a time that was better for them, and never returned my calls when I left a message. What a racket. This guy is so rude he shouldn't be considered a "professional" anything, has horrible bedside manner with dogs, and is simply not a good enough vet if he cannot diagnose a simple ear infection.

I have an emergency with my dog! and I've asked to I've speak to a veterinarian, a lady said from the front desk answered rudely "the clinic is closing now" bye! And then hung up on me. I'm not going there and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there as well, unless you want negative people impact your dog and your life.

Failed to diagnose either of my cats illnesses after supposedly testing for said illnesses. Pulled a tooth without anesthesia and said that was normal procedure.

It's no wonder they have a bad review and no good ones. They are rude when they answer. Unprofessional and from the sound of it, NOT a place to take a loved pet. Do your research people.
