Basin Run Animal Hospital

The couple times we have been there we felt like we were friends with the staff. We were spoken to and taken care of so sweetly and quickly. We could tell the way they handled our cat Granola that they cared and loved him even if they didn’t know him well. We were turned away from other animal hospitals who wouldn’t listen to us and shrugged off our concerns and when we called here they were able to get us in and help almost immediately and found the issue (potentially life threatening as he had swallowed a magnet!) and helped us take care of it. Love this place so much and could not recommend more.

The staff had a great attitude and were very gentle when handling my kitten. The interior is clean and homey and even has a fireplace in the lobby, which was great to see lit on the snowy cold day when I went. The prices were reasonable and the vet answered all my questions.

My wife and I are incredibly grateful for the staff at Basin Run. A few weeks ago we had received horrible news from our local vet that our beloved cat Percy had a fast moving tumor. There was nothing we could do but try to make his passing peaceful. Basin Run was recommended to us by our local shelter, specifically for their Comfort Room for euthanasia. It was perfect. Side entrance so we didn’t have to interact with anyone but the staff. Doesn’t look at all like a vet’s office - more like a living room in a house. Incredibly calming room and they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Percy was a cherished member of our family, and even though this was the very first time we had met Dr. Muse and his staff, they treated Percy and us like family. They helped us give Percy the most comfortable transition to the rainbow bridge. Afterwards they thoughtfully sent us flowers and cards. They were there for us at our lowest point and we are eternally thankful - I can’t recommend them enough. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Dr. Muse and your team for being there for us in our time of need.

Staff are friendly & responsive. I have a very anxious and nervous fur friend. They are so respectful of him and approach him in a way that doesn’t trigger him to act out. They absolutely communicate well and make me feel comfortable asking questions. I highly encourage anyone to schedule their visits with Basin Run Animal Hospital

My family has been going to Basin Run Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. They are the only people I trust when it comes to my fur babies. Dr. Denver & her team are absolutely the best! We brought our cat, Binx, here and discovered his kidney levels were elevated & he had a horrible UTI. Dr. Denver is honest & up front with her approaches. She truly cares for your animals & their overall health. Thankfully, with her guidance we were able to get Binx’s levels back to normal. When it comes down to it they are great at what they do! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a caring veterinarian. 🩷
