My vet Dr. Piper was so knowledgeable! Most knowledgeable vet I’ve gone to for my pet rabbit. I learned so much during our visit. My rabbit had a on-going issue with his eye and this was the first place I went to where I felt like they actually cared and really took their time helping me and my rabbit. Thank you!

Dr. Pieper is so good with my rabbits. I have had to use other exotic vets when he wasn't available. There is no comparison. He is my go to for a rabbit savvy doctor.

NEGLIGENCE! HORRENDOUS experience!! Our rabbit was spayed here and dead within 48 hours. We took our rabbit in on a Friday to be spayed when we went to pick her up late Saturday staff said "she hasn't eaten overnight" and anyone with rabbits knows this is a cause for concern. Despite our concern they told us to take her home, "rabbits can be sensitive to anesthesia" feed her critical care and the appetite restore (which we did nonstop with no improvement) and they told us "to call back on Sunday morning if she hadn't improved." She died in my arms on the way to (a different) Emergency Vet on Sunday morning because she wasn't OK and our concerns were valid. At my consult prior to surgery, I was told they were "on the lookout for GI stasis after surgery and would not fail to treat it if it was a concern." But apparently not because they did nothing for out rabbit besides tell us to take her home. I called first thing the next business day and asked to speak to the veterinarian who performed the surgery, the staff reassured me they would make it right and I would received a phone call back that day. HEARD NOTHING until I called the answering service again and then finally a phone call with the most lack-luster apology I have ever received in my life. Little to no remorse and I am in the medical field... So almost $600 spent in clinic costs, a dead rabbit ...and not even the courtesy of a timely returned phone call, a heartfelt apology or staff owning up to utter grotesque negligence. There is absolutely nothing to recommend.

Dr. Piper is amazing and so caring with my bearded dragon Tom. His bedside manor is just wonderful and Tom is doing great! They always squeeze us in when I need them and I appreciate them so much.
