Worst check in process ever. Had a 8:45am appt and my dog didn’t get checked in for drop off till 9:30am. There’s always a long line. There’s a reason I select an early morning drop off - because I have to work!

Mar 11, 2025 · Jas LI wanted to come on here and thank the lovely staff at the Culver City Banfield office! I've been bringing both of my cats here for years and have never had a bad experience. One of my cats (Spooky) is an absolute menace at the vet and I can't imagine trusting any other office with him. Everyone is so helpful and kind! Thank you so much!
Mar 17, 2025 · Vanessa RamirezI have no issues with Banfield Hosp. All visit results have been good and I like getting notifications about my baby Dior care
Mar 26, 2025 · Regina JinglesThe receptionists and vets have always been really nice to my dog and I, but a pretty low quality and impersonal vet in general. Many people have mentioned how over booked they are and “having an appointment” still means you could be there for hours before your pet is seen. Many times after like 1 or 2 hours I’ve come back and asked when he’ll be seen and they claim they’ll go tell the vet to “move him forward,” and then we’re out within 10 minutes. You speak to the vet for like 2 minutes tops afterward…Also paying $70/month doesn’t cover their yearly dental cleaning…crazy. I hate how they’re kept in the back for hours and only god knows what the conditions are like. In the front area there’s of always pee and dried pee, so I’m really hoping my doggo isn’t experiencing that back there as well. Overall, definitely would find a non-chain vet to care for your pup if you can!
Jan 05, 2024 · Anaya MosbyLiterally a terrible location. I went there today to try to drop off poop for my dog who has an appointment first thing Monday morning - we found blood in his stool. Today is Saturday for context (they are closed Sunday) and my dog doesn’t let people in his butt so they can’t ever do a fecal test. I also pay for the highest monthly insurance plan and rarely go. When I tried to drop it off, they told me they couldn’t accept it because they were too busy. Mind you, this isn’t an appointment it’s a drop off because they won’t be able to test for it Monday. They said just get new poop and bring it Monday but I said what if the blood has passed and it isn’t there. How will you test it? So then they said sorry they are too busy and sent me to another banfield. I go to the el Segundo location who was also busy but took the poop with no issue. They said it’s covered in what I pay and they are just going to ship it to the lab for testing. Completely different experience. I cancelled all appointments with this location and now doing el Segundo. Honestly I wish I didn’t have to use banfield at all they all suck but the Culver City location is literally the worst of them all. El Segundo much better. Do better.
