After bringing in my cat THREE months ago, for a sneeze issue, month after month, medications after medications, visits after visits, she got WORSE. She got a huge mass on the side of her face, and a weepy eye. After she started bleeding, profusely, from her nose,I took her to AllAboutCats, and within ONE day she was better. ONE DAY! Further, to add insult to injury, their "wellness plan," to which I paid for more than FIVE YEARS, is now telling me if I cancel, I owe THEM money! Can you imagine? You almost killed my cat, but you want more money, after I came out of pocket, for months! GO ANYWHERE ELSE - THEY ARE UNQUALIFIED, DON'T CARE, AND WANT TO BEND YOU OVER A BARREL FOR EVERY LAST PENNY. UPDATE: Well, whaddaya know...I emailed them, AS REQUESTED, and they promised to get back to me "in 3-5 business days." Get your shocked face ready: NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME! Just more of the same BS, and now my cat is faced with scans and surgeries, because THEIR CLINICS DON'T KNOW WTF THEY'RE DOING! UPDATE: Had to put our baby down, yesterday. Turns out, she had lymphoma. I will NEVER forgive Banfield, for treating her for colds and allergies, and never bothering to find out what was actually wrong, for months. Perhaps, if they had, we'd have had more time with our precious pet.

Leah, the vet tech is amazing!! She always treats my dog, Draymond, with such love and compassion. I completely trust her with all my dogs.

Review for Dr. Bailey who went above and beyond to help our anxious covid raised, socially awkward anxiety having vet-phobic Cane Corso. Dr. Bailey was patient and professional. She helped our fur baby get the examination and meds she needed. She is the type of vet that makes pet owners and pets feel comfortable visiting a veterinarian. We will definitely request Dr. Bailey in the future.

Changing from a 5 star to a 1 star. They must have new vets or something.

I changed from 5 Star to 1 star because my cat went in for his yearly checkup perfectly healthy and happy and came home with a spinal injury that resulted in having to put him down 2 weeks later as his body began to shut down. $800 in bills trying to find out what happened to him at another location only to have to come back and allow them to end his suffering. Of course they deny everything but he went in able to run up and down his floor to ceiling cat tree and came home stumbling and ultimately lost use of his legs. Now I understand why the woman that gave him back to me in his carrier was so insistent on telling me that he's going to be woozy from the sedatives he was given unlike all the other times when it wasn't an issue. He was my constant companion for 18 years and I can only say that I wish those that hurt him recieve in life all that they deserve. This is the last picture of him, taken at another location as we waited for the Vet to arrive and kill him to stop his suffering. I will never forgive those that hurt my baby boy.
