I am most grateful to Dr Eric Seiler, Banfield at Palm Coast Florida, who was thorough examining my cat and his records as well as explaining treatment options, asking me my goals then very kindly taking the time to help me sift through them. His care made a difference in our lives.

Jan 17, 2025 · Lauren ArgenioI have been with banfield going on 7 years, since my fur baby was 12 weeks old. I have NEVER had an issue. I have never ran across anyone that was rude as some are saying. My girl has cushings and we found out at an early age because the Doctor was determined to figure out what was going on with her. Told me options and left the decision to me to continue, never was pushing me to make money as some are saying. We are always taken care of. I like the drop of appointments and I always tall to the vet. Sorry to those of you that had a bad experience but we have always had a wonderful experience here.
Jan 16, 2025 · MARY HOWLANDI should have paid more attention to the previous bad reviews before we took our cat Lil Bl here. I agree with all of them. We are not bringing him back here ever!!! We get 9 am appt, don't get him back till 2 and each time he is traumatized. He sits alone for hrs back there with other cats howling. 3 times they couldn't perform necessary procedures ( nails clipped, meds given, bloodwork) and we had to figure out what to do, but they sure take their money out each week. I get the feeling some staff are not properly qualified or just don't care. It might be cheaper to take our fur babies there, but ya get what you pay for.
Nov 19, 2024 · Deborah B.This place is horrible. I scheduled an appt to be seen to discuss my dogs illness and concerns I had for him. They turned my appt into a drop off and told me to come back in an hour. I requested that before I leave I wanted to talk to the vet and I was assured that was possible. After 2 hours, I had my dog released to me, never was able to speak to the vet and they tried to charge me 200$ for an antibiotic. Also they cut his quick when I asked for a nail trim. In 7 years I’ve never cut his quick nor had that happen, especially at the vet. I have had 3 bad experiences here and this was the last straw for me. The last time I told them my dog has food allergies and gets severe skin and ear reactions to chicken- they then prescribed him a diet prescription food made with chicken. The prices are ridiculous, the vets hands are tied when it comes to caring for your pet because Banfield is a horrible company. This place is for profit, not for your pet. Im also not thrilled with the staff- they are not friendly and although they weren’t disrespectful to me personally, I witnessed and heard the red head girl at the desk being overly rude to other customers. It was a very tense environment and every other customer there could sense it and were expressing their dissatisfaction as well. Very disappointed in this experience and will not be returning.
Sep 30, 2024 · Gabby DeZenaBanfield Vet and Techs took my cat in to evaluate and ultimately euthanized her. These people are too be praised in how they handled this horrendous situation. I was extremely emotional and they were so caring they let me hold her thru the process. When I left I sat in my car and couldn't drive for awhile. Don't know how long I was there. Again, hats off to a wonderful team at Banfield. Could not have done this without all of you.
