Don't take your animal here. This place uses drop off appts and they keep your animal all day in their carrier in the back. Their business model is to get as many animals in as they can in a day and get through one at a time. My pet was locked in a cage in the back for over six and a half hours, and all that he was there for was an updated vaccine. In addition, when the doctor contacted me, she had not addressed any of my pre check-in considerations and made it sound like I was putting her out by refilling my pet's prescription. She asked me for information that I tried to give the assistant at my check-in, who refused to write down the info. Then she told me that she didn't have time to write it down but she would look into it. She wanted to make sure that the pharmacy had all of my pet's information instead of her having my pets' information. I will never bring my pet back here again, and I will personally tell anyone I meet not to bring their pet there. 9:15 appt pick up at 3:30. My animal was traumatized.

The whole team is just wonderful! They treat my dog Teru like a princess and she loves on them in return. I know she will get the best care possible and that she will be cared for from the moment I drop her off until I pick her up.

I have always had an amazing experience with Banfield. I had Ace for 17 years and they took great care of him, I moved a lot in my youth and found a Banfield in every state I went which made care for my dog very easy. With our new puppy I knew exactly where we would take her to get her started with all her vaccines. I am new to this location but Alice and Canyon made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.

Dr Rounsavell has been taken care of our pets for over 25 years. She is an exceptional human being, and surrounds herself with a tremendous staff that respects her and seeks to emulate her caring and professionalism. She has cried with us as our pets have had to leave us, and she has rejoiced with us as our puppies and kitties have joined our house. Thank you, Banfield!

The staff at Tigard Banfield is amazing and provides the best care for my pets. They’re always so welcoming and kind and I fully trust their medical expertise and appreciation the consideration they take when recommending, and sometimes not recommended treatment. They’re all natural animal people and do so well with my scared babies I also appreciate how much they include me in the decision making process while still providing guidance and support. Even when they’re busy, which is always because I know they have many loyal patients, they still make time to give my pets all the love and attention they need and answer all my questions. Also, Dr. R is hands down the best. I’ve never had a health care provider I trusted more, including the one’s who treat humans that I have to go see. Hope she sticks around forever :)
