I’ve been working with this location for years based off location and availability. But they are literally the worst vet I’ve ever dealt with. I tried a different vet and they were surprisingly worst . My dog has a seizure condition and every time I go to get a refill on his meds it’s like pulling teeth. I’ve no idea how they have 4 stars. I called on Tuesday to get a refill and they say the doctor will be in on Wednesday and will call you on Wednesday, no call back. I called on Thursday and they said they didn’t even have that medication on file even though I was there a month ago and paid $300 to get blood work and they gave me just 28 pills, not even a full month. Then the girl said she’ll call Walgreens and call back. Unsurprisingly, no call back. I’m now having to call again and it’s Friday! It shouldn’t take almost a week to refill medications! No returned calls, so unorganized, and I have to retell my situation on the phone every time a call.

Update 6/2022: I was very pleased this visit. I received more communication. The front desk was so friendly and courteous to everyone while I was there. Calls before procedures and more detailed explanations. If you have two dogs list the services that you want for each dog. They do not look at due dates for your dog's plan. If that happens you'll have to make another appointment for the service they did not confirm with you plus you'll have two make separate appointments for each dog which is inconvenient. I was able to pay for my dogs wellness plan at this location which is cool. I just found that out today that's going to save me o much gas. Also the receptionist was nice and not rude which was refreshing. Until next time. I'll update once my dogs have an appointment at this location.

Took our cat here for a minor scratch and vomiting. Scheduled for 330pm and they called the day of to move to 10:30a. We were able to come at the new time- not a problem. Got into our room and heard the vet employees in the backroom talking smack about other peoples dogs and that made us uncomfortable. We spoke with a vet tech who (was nice) but didn't really know what she was talking about. Didn't know what meds to “order” for anti nausea “for a cat”. She wasn't even familiar with fancy feast (thats what we think caused nausea). No one even examined him in anyway. She told us what the process would be for the eye drops, but it seemed like the vomiting wasn't even a priority. She says “okay well I’ll just take him back and then we’ll probably get to him around 3pm”. It was 11am at this point?? We asked if we could just drop him off closer to that time as we didnt like the idea of him sitting there alone for 4 hours…she said shell have to ask if he can be seen now. Which was a no. (Like obviously.. it didnt have to be NOW) I guess it’s a drop off situation? Like you have to? This wasn't mentioned online at all, in fact it said In Room. While my partner and I were worried she goes “I’m gonna take him now if that's okay”…. We honestly wanted to get out of there so quickly. We were confused bc we had a 330 appt but THEY had us come early…just for him to sit alone for HOURS. It was weird. It was all talk about price of stuff and not much care or advice or anything that made us feel like they cared about us or our cat. I wouldn't recommend this location, they're always busy and understaffed.

This has been my pets' care provider for many years now. I never feel anxious when bringing my pets to them for care, whether it's a serious situation or a routine check up because I know that I will get answers to questions and my pets taken care of. They are pros at making me feel that my pets are as important to them as they are to me.
