Banfield & it’s amazing staff saved my fur baby! About two weeks ago, I woke up to heart-shattering sounds of my cat, Mufasa, meowing in pain. I could tell that something was seriously wrong and I was devastated. Banfield got him in first thing that morning and worked on him all day. He had a block in his bladder and was not able to pee on his own. His kidney and potassium levels were through the roof, and he was in extreme pain. Due to financial reasons, I was unable to bring him to a more specialty hospital, which was recommended. I was heartbroken at the thought that I may have to euthanize my baby boy. But God sent me to the right place! The Banfield doctors and staff worked hard over three days to unblock Mufasa’s bladder and give him lots of medicine and fluids, which brought his blood work back down to normal levels. Most importantly though, they gave him so much love and care while he was there. The staff was so compassionate, empathetic, and kind towards us during those three long days. Dr. Giffear is truly an angel on earth, with an amazing gift. I feel truly blessed to have met her & I cannot thank her and her amazing team at Banfield enough for saving Mufasa’s life. He’s been doing amazing back at home now for the last two and a half weeks and I am so incredibly grateful. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

Because of these doctors incompetence and negligence, my puppy passed away this morning. Please never come to this horrible place. Find better doctors for your fur baby
