I absolutely love my pets care team. I know my Blue is a lot to handle but they assured me that she is in the very best hands and I don't worry any time I have to bring her in. This past visit she underwent anesthesia and I knew she would receive the best care! Going home she was quite out of it but we made it safely. Bridgeton Banfield really ROCKS!!!

Jan 10, 2025 · Desiree FordI love going to Banfield in Brighton. They always take care of me and my Blue girl. They usually get her in and out in a good amount of time and are especially mindful that she is an older dog but doesn't ALWAYS have the best attitude towards other pets. I love Banfield as a whole!
Oct 02, 2024 · Desiree FordVets and assistants are always wonderful, so helpful and concerned about my pup.
Mar 25, 2025 · Carol StephensThey really try to care for your animal . I have a very Frisky doggie but they seem calm with her and treat my fur baby with kindness.
Jul 24, 2024 · susan cookI watched while a client interacted with staff, and the client was not wearing a mask over their nose. After the client left, I stopped to ask about their mask wearing policy (“we can’t enforce it” was the answer I got). While talking to this other employee, I saw this employee take her mask down around to her chin and remain on the phone for an extended period of time without it. She didn’t even put it over her nose when finished, just over her mouth. Not safe. Not enforcing any sort of Covid protocol, even for employees. This makes Petsmart unsafe too. EDIT: I both called and emailed Banfield at the information below. When I called, I got a recording saying that they were experiencing high call volume. I did the prompts to assure they would call me back, and they did not. I also sent a message to the email address listed, and got an automated reply that promised a real one within 2 days. It's been a week and I have received no response.
