First their staff is top notch in personality and the way they approach the pet and the owner. Always so positive. They explain everything in laimins terms for you to understand. And also from a personal note when we had to have our 13year old dog put down they were so consoling and compassionate and aided us in anything we needed. They are the best, would go no place else!!

Feb 12, 2025 · Chris TerriginoIf I could rate 0 stars I would. The staff are burnt out and I know it’s not a good place to work for. The screw you over with HSA nonsense and give you the worst insurance/ “benefits”. Now as far as being a patient is concerned, you shouldn’t bring them here unless you want them to die. I’m going to be frank with you because that’s exactly what happened due to negligence. I’m certain only one of the doctors can potentially be good but the rest of them are burnt out and don’t care anymore! I will not mention names but a certain doctor neglected to even look at x-rays which showed a collapsed lung, then proceeded to operate on him which resulted in his death. He wasn’t going to live much longer but the way he left us wasn’t the way we would ever wish on anyone. He was clearly in immense pain and couldn’t even meow. He had soiled on everything and had to be rushed to emergency in Syracuse at 2 am… these doctors are burnt out and negligent and I can’t recommend them at all. I used to go here for basic care but I am going elsewhere. Please don’t bring cats here especially! They are absolutely clueless!

Mar 05, 2025 · Lidia RohanGreat Vet - I love taking my dogs there and even though I had to put one of my dogs down the other day they made it so peaceful for her. Very professional very compassionate. Just like all that's the prescriptions are more costly than they would be at the local pharmacy so I always have them send the prescription to my Pharmacy or to chewy to save money but for their veterinarian services they're amazing

He was very thorough explaining everything to me and answered every question I had regarding my pup, Milo. I had a question the following day and called the office and Dr Spacher called me within minutes! I have a highly satisfied pup (as well as his owner!)
