I’ve never had trouble at any Banfield but this one is probably my favorite. Everyone there is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly explain everything they will no doing and all the costs involved. Not the closest one but it’s worth the little extra drive for such good care for my crazy dog.

This is Ubu, he’s 14. He’ll be 15 on 9/12/24. I contribute his good looks to genes. His personality to his loving atmosphere and his healthy state of being to Banfield. Before purchasing a plan Ubu swallowed pieces of a Kong chew toy. That was less than a year in of having a new puppy. I started looking around for pet insurance but I already knew about Banfield because a relative of mine had it and I had seen the plan in action. So I signed Ubu up. 14 years later, the plan still works for us.

My beloved dog has been a patient for 2 years. I wish I knew about the care plan earlier. The yearly cost is as much as 1 Vet visit and you get a year of care. It has been a great experience with great vets and staff. My dog loves it there.

Great customer service and great care of your pets! They took amazing care of my cats leg when he was wounded really badly and now he is fully recovered! Just make sure you are checking in 10-15min before your appointment so that you can get your pet in asap! It’s easier on the staff and faster for us. They even have some waiting rooms available , on one of my visits I was brought to a cat waiting room since there were a lot of dogs coming in that day.

Took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and the front desk lady said they had people call out and might not be able to do the cleaning unless they could get someone from another location to fill in. Okay, it happens, but if they can’t do it, I’ll have to figure out how to get off work to come get the dog. But whatever. We’re going over the paperwork and we’re not understanding each other, so I say my wife talked to the other front desk person (who was in the other room) and they know better than I do, I’m just dropping the dog off. Then unprovoked a lady in the lobby starts going off on me, calling me names because she thought it was rude that I suggested talking to the desk person my wife had talked to already. The lady in the lobby won’t stop yelling at me and is losing her mind over something that doesn’t even involve her. So I ask to take the dog back and get out of the situation where I’m being attacked by a clearly unstable stranger who’s picking fights at the vet at 7 in the morning. Then after I leave Banfield calls and says I’m banned for the lady in the lobby starting a fight with me. Ban the lady who stepped in and started attacking me out of nowhere if you’re gonna ban someone. Yikes.
