Banfield Pet Hospital

This is the 12th day since my cat's spay. We just took her little cone off of her neck last night because she is healed wonderfully. The several technicians including the veterinarian were so kind-hearted and complimentary of my cat. I knew she was in perfect hands and her quick healing is proof.

Two trips to Banfield now for the same reason, to get my dog his Health Certificate so he can travel internationally, the first trip at the Coral Springs had a slight issue with misunderstanding the rules but they made it right so no real complaints, definitely not worthy of a one star review, however on the second visit 3 months later for the exact same thing (so you’d think it would be easy) the real problems came, the appointment was booked way in advance and I even received an email the day before confirming I was attending to which I replied I was, when I arrived the next day 10 mins early for my appointment I was told the vet had called out and they have been trying to contact me for two days and my voicemail was full, totally incorrect what had happened was my number was placed in the system wrong (954 the local area code and not 945 that was mine), and when I asked why I wasn’t emailed instead as they clearly have that they didn’t have a reasonable response, so moving forward I explained I’m on a massive tight schedule due to having an international flight booked and needed the certificate, and they replied with they have booked me in another branch on Banfield Hospital not too far away (Margate), so I take my dog there only to be told that the price has changed from $348.56 to $527.36, and when I asked why the difference of $178+ I was told that each doctor sets their own price and I was welcome to try and find somewhere else if I wasn’t happy, knowing full well I had no other option in the timeframe I had, even though I was only there because the other place couldn’t do what I booked them to do.

Banfield Pet Hospital went above and beyond in caring for our beloved dog Max. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, showing genuine care and compassion. The veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in their examination, explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions with patience. Most importantly, Max received top-notch treatment, and we could see the genuine love and dedication the staff had. We highly recommend Banfield to any pet owner seeking exceptional care for their fur babies.

The Turtle Creek Banfield is amazing. All the staff. Every doctor is absolutely incredible. I love Dr. George and Dr. Molina as they take care of my pets wonderfully every time. Communication is great as well.
