Banfield Pet Hospital

I had to share my experience today at this Banfield location. I did not have an appointment but when I called and asked if they could fit me in today, the receptionist let me talk to the CVT on staff, Sasha. She was very kind and patient with me as I explained my concerns about my chihuahua. They squeezed me in to help address my dogs ailments. The Dr. on staff was equally nice, took the time to explain lab results and recommendations. From the front desk to checkout, everyone was so kind, patient and showed compassion. I thank you for giving me peace of mind and taking care of my little Beanie boy!! Well done!

The staff here is so amazing. Top tier service. It's my first time here, and I brought a list of things to discuss with the vet. When I handed Bane's (my dog) folder at the check-in counter, the gentleman noticed my list of concerns and started to type away. It was a lengthy list. Wow, just wow! There was transparency from the services done that day to the prices for future procedures. Their insurance is the best insurance I have come across, and I highly recommend it to anyone who owns a pet. To give you an idea, I saw a comparison of out of pocket prices vs. what was covered under the plan. I would have paid over $1000 for my first. I only paid $215 and only because I had to take medication for an upcoming procedure I scheduled. Otherwise, it would have been less. The tech was super nice and thorough as well. I did not get to see the vet at all, though. Honestly, I got everything I needed and all the information that was important. So, although I didn't see the vet, the ultimate goal was accomplished, and that's a win in my book. I am not a fan of Pets Mart. This hospital is part or in contract with pets mart. It's just a really good hospital with excellent service and plan options. It's also very clean. I have to admit, the whole store was very clean and organized. I look forward to future appointments here.

This is the worst band field I have ever dealt with. The girl up front this morning on 11/7 @8:30am was so rude to my husband. They are only open 3 days a week from 8 to 4 and we only came back today because they never gave us his heartworm medicine when we brought him in for his wellness exam (that they never even gave us results) .... The wellness plans with Banfield are a joke and waste of money!!!

Dr. Olivo is an amazing veterinarian, highly recommended. She has been our babies vet before my baby became a mama.

The best place for your Loving pets they supposed our family when my patty my pet got sick they did everything they could to get her better but sadly to say we loss her they give us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and pray my dog knew what was going to happen as she look at each of us with that sad look and she lay down and passed away in peace with her family at her side patty been with us for 15 year Patty was a baby she is missed can't help but cry all the time so I give Banfield all my thanks for there help and support Patty Dejesus 9/15/2004 _ 5/19/2018 Rest in doggy heaven Love you
