Very surprised that I received a text inviting me to leave a review. In the beginning I had a good experience with them. I have a cat that after her first dental surgery (not at Banfield) was very scarred to go to the vet and I had issues getting her in the Cat carrier after that. We then changed to Banfield. Once or twice Banfield gave me meds that I was able to administer and I was then able to get her in the carrier. Then at her next dental surgery (this time at Banfield) I brought her in under meds but they only let me pick her up when she was awake. So she was no longer under meds when I picked her up. I waited a good 15 minutes before getting her back once I told them I was here to pick her up. The person bringing her out shared with me that they had a hard time getting her in the carrier. When I took her out at the house she had pooped all over herself - I can only suggest that it was when they tried to put her in the carrier as it was very fresh. I then was very reticent to have her go through with the stress of the carrier and a vet experience overall. She does not go outside so I did not need to go in as often. However it was time to bring her in for her vaccines. Banfield refused to give me meds to calm her down as they had not seen her in a long time. I tried to tell them that I did not think that I would be able to get her in the cat carrier and that I did not think that I wanted her to go through the stress of a vet experience without some calming meds. They refused. So with no way to get meds to bring her in I cancelled the insurance that I had with them and they are no longer our vet. So yes, I am astonished that they sent me a text asking me to leave a review. I would not have left one about this incident, but as they have asked me for one - here it is.

Apr 05, 2024 · Bettina LoisonMade an appointment as my dog smells like he has a UTI. He had one a few years ago and another Banfield location had me collect the sample and they tested it, and prescribed antibiotics. They were booked up, so came to this location. They said the doctor would not use the sample I brought in and I wanted to charge me to put a needle in his bladder, to draw some urine. They had test strips they could have used on the sample I brought, but said the doctor doesn’t like those. I asked if the doctor could come and talk to me. She would not! We don’t have time for this run around and incompetence, so took the sample to another vet. Don’t go here to unless you want poor service and care for your pet.
Feb 07, 2024 · Leslie PhillipsThey were able to make time to see my pet! It's so hard to get an appointment anywhere nowadays. Most vets have availability 2 weeks - 2 months out! Online they didn't have any availability but I called them to ask if they had any cancellations or availability. They said they would be able to get me in the next day for a drop off appointment. Went in the next day (today) and they actually had me wait for my dog while she was getting seen. It was quick. Overall, I appreciate their willingness to squeeze us in. The front desk to the vet tech to the veterinarian were all amazing. One last thing to worry about today. Thank you
Jun 28, 2022 · Yuri RamosSays open til 5, but recording at 4:10 says office is closed. Banfield is not the place it used to be, very disappointing. Have two dogs on wellness plan, we all need to cancel and find new vets.
Jan 20, 2024 · Cyndie NiedzielskiAt first I used Banfield just for standard check ups but with my cat getting older she has required a few procedures. I did get the pet insurance and thank goodness as pet care can get pricey. I have not had a single issue with any procedure and Lilly is doing great. You can tell that the staff truly love animals.
