They always take such good care of our babies! I used a different Banfield in the area and it just felt like a job to them. But here, it feels like they genuinely care about my fur babies. The techs recognize me as "Oscars mom" and they get excited when our very lovey cat Marbles comes in. The vet here is always patient and doesn't seem to mind my neverending questions. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Sep 13, 2024 · Courtney DoxzonBanfield Lake Mary is hands down the best place to take your pet! From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and truly caring. Mia the practice manager went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt comfortable. Dr. Hoblick was amazing—thorough, compassionate, and patient in explaining every step of my pet’s care. Their expertise and genuine love for animals gave me complete peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care my pet received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team!
Dec 08, 2024 · Eliot FerrerBanfield is such a nice place for my pets. They notify me when I need to take her in for pet services, and I don’t worry when she’s with them. The staff are very friendly, and they follow up with calls to see how she’s doing after her care. Also they aren’t too far away. Thank you for the service you give.
Dec 19, 2024 · Kathie BowenMOST unforgivable experience MIA, the ”office manager” of this Banfield is like a dead soul, where she is dealing in one of the most sensitive arenas, she is rude, disrespectful, ignorant to her practice and has absolutely no sense of client care or customer service. I have Never interacted with someone in pet care the seems so incompetent in their position. ss as dyer 25 years of dedicated alliance to Banfield if MIA is what represents their ”care” and staff I would Never recommend Banfield Lake Mary to anyone and on contrary warn others of horrible customer relations, and leadership under Mia. Good morning I am writing this letter with a very heavy heart based off of 15 years of experience with Banfield with three of my dogs having overall a pretty positive experience and have recommended you to so many people over many breeds and years, unfortunately, this letter comes after an unforgivable experience at Lake Mary Banfield on Lake Mary Boulevard in Florida. I have had my pet having routine dental exams with Banfield and multiple states on mini occasions with pretty amazing experiences with the veterinary care through Banfield. In the past, I have had experiences where veterinarians had videotaped the concerns during a dental visit that they encountered where they were sent to me and FaceTime with me so that I can see exactly what the concerns were so that I could feel comfortable making decisions on how to proceed with my Pets care. This was not the case in Lake Mary Banfield with their vet I was called on a routine dental exam where there may be concerns with some teeth that would be advised to have extracted in the past. It was not necessary to have x-rays. There was never any question about x-rays and if there was a question, I was given the option under advice of whether to proceed with a procedure with medication or x-rays, etc., or to just proceed with the most minimal amount of Cost incurred through what was deemed necessary . On November 26, I was called by the vet and asked if I wanted to proceed with two sets of x-rays and extractions based off of just what seem to have loose teeth in a little bit of gum receding gum line I agreed to have the extraction but did not see it necessary to conduct two sets of x-rays if it was just a routine dental exam my pet had not shown any signs of pain. Any differentiating, eating behaviors at home so I did not want to have any x-rays done, but yet have the extractions done which he has had on multiple occasions without any necessity of x-ray . Exp After expressing that I did not want to have x-rays but would like to proceed with the extraction, the dentist proceeded to tell me that she would not perform the extraction without the x-ray which I was given the impression I was giving a choice whether or not I would like to have the x-rays done as a paying client and being advised doesn’t mean that it’s mandated but yet under advice, but given still the option of yes or no I said no, and just to proceed doing the job that he went in, therefore which was the dental visit and the Extractions as I stated prior, my pet has had several extractions in the past and there is no visit that I have ever paid more than $400 at the exiting of any procedure Banfield today on November 26 I leave paying $1400 for an extraction extractions which she has previously and I’ve never paid that much out-of-pocket. I did tell the vet that I would be speaking to somebody Of superiority about the circumstances situation and how it was handled and how she spoke to to me. When dealing in medical field, whether it is a human a pet whatever the circumstance, the customer should always be treated with respect kindness, and when given an option in the option is declared no I believe the doctor still has the responsibility to proceed with what is deemed necessary on their part I would like to speak to somebody further about this situation and about the $1400 bill that I accrued From this singular visit, which I plan to test after looking through all the details and insubordinance of this transaction
Dec 14, 2024 · Becca CampbellBanfield hospital is always taking excellent care of my pet, diamond, and I have also taken great care of me as well being the owner. I recommend them to everyone especially their payment plans that they have. When you're on a fixed income those come in super handy and I get your pedicure that they need. I've had
