Phenomenal, above and beyond care. The team really made us feel right at home and loved her like I love her, but better 🫶 the team is flexible on financial demands and great at suggesting alternatives and suggesting plans of action. We are new in town and we found a great place to take our fur girls

Vet tech and vet were absolutely delightful. They were very personable and obviously love animals. They were up front about pricing and were willing navigate expenses that would work for me. They made my cats (all 3) very comfortable and gave us time in a room to get a little more relaxed before the exam started. We were provided with treats to help the cats calm down, a fresh litter box and blankets. Best vet experience!

I recently got a new puppy and PetFolk has given him nothing short of passionate care. I went in to speak with them about pricing and didn’t have him with me, but just by my conversation with them I felt comfortable that they were going to take care of my fur baby. Vet visits are not only to check in with my pups health, but also a fun play time for him! They use yummy treats to direct their attention away from vaccines or uncomfy procedures, and also have played with him using clean cozy blanket to make him comfortable. Thank you to ALL of the staff here for always showing him love as if he’s their own.

Office was clean, pretty, and professional. They list their prices on their website so the transparency was much appreciated. The vet was very friendly and addressed all our concerns. Highly recommend!

My first impression of this facility is how clean it is. We were greeted as we came in the door. My kitten was treated kindly as they placed A soft blanket for her to rest on while they examined her. They gave her treats in order to distract her from getting her immunizations. Both staff members that worked with her were very kind and very gentle. I love the fact that they are open on Sundays, as the weekends are usually when things happen. The second time we visited, we took our second cat and they were so kind trying to figure out what was needed for him to feel better. I love how you can chat with them if needed and the app is very helpful.
